Tucker Carlson: “Biden’s decision to use ATACMS on Russia threatens to kill Americans”

US President Joe Biden’s decision to allow Ukraine to strike deep into Russia with ATACMS tactical ballistic missiles may threaten to kill Americans themselves, American journalist Tucker Carlson said.
“A lame duck president just started a hot war with the world’s most dangerous country. All of us are very close to being killed,” has reported TASS Russian News Agency
Carlson wrote on his X page, commenting on a video posted by another social network user about the start adn increasing of production in Russia of mobile shelters developed by the All-Russian Research Institute for Civil Defense and Emergencies under the Emergencies Ministry.
Carlson also criticized US House of Representatives Speaker Mike Johnson (a Republican representing the state of Louisiana) for “not even mentioning it in public or in leadership meetings” with factions in the lower house of Congress.
Russian KUB-M mobile shelter provides protection from various threats
According to the All-Russian Research Institute for Civil Defense and Emergencies, the mobile shelter is a multifunctional structure that provides protection from various threats, including natural disasters and man-made accidents.
For example, the website states that the KUB-M mobile shelter, developed by the research institute’s specialists, is capable of providing protection against air blast, radiation and radioactive contamination of the area within 48 hours.

Pentagon Confirms Green Light for Landmines Against Russian Forces: ‘Ours Safer Than Ukraine’s’
US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin confirmed that the Biden administration will allow Ukraine to use US-supplied landmines to counter Russian forces, the Washington Post reported earlier this week.
Speaking to reporters during a trip to Laos, he said the policy shift follows a shift in Russian tactics. Austin said Russian ground troops are leading the movement on the battlefield, rather than the more heavily protected forces in armored vehicles, so Ukraine “needs things that can help slow down that effort on the part of the Russians.”

“The landmines that we would try to provide them would be non-persistent landmines, that we can control when they self-activate, they self-destruct, and that makes them, you know, much safer than the ones they’re making themselves,” Austin said.
Austin also expressed regret over his Chinese counterpart Dong Jun’s decision not to hold talks with him during the Southeast Asian defense chiefs’ meeting in Laos, calling it “a setback for the entire region.”
UK Defence Secretary on Storm Shadow: ‘Ukraine’s actions speak for themselves’
UK Defence Secretary John Healey is not confirming reports that Ukraine has fired a British-made long-range Shadow Storm missile into Russian territory.
Speaking to the House of Commons, he added that “Ukraine’s actions on the battlefield speak for themselves”.
The UK defence chief said he spoke to his Ukrainian counterpart yesterday, saying the pair discussed Ukraine’s “robust response” to Russia’s recent escalation and the UK’s plan to “support them through 2025”. “I am not in a position to go into further operational detail at this time”, Healey said.
