The first topic, documented on specialized scientific internet sites, concerns the absence of a perfect genetic identity between the two viral strains but we will analyze it in detail at the bottom of the article being the more technical and complex aspect: also because this lack does not exclude the “similarity “and the very high probability that that “published” study was used as a prototype for a next “secret” military one.

INTRIGUES BETWEEN POLICY, BUSINESS AND VIRUSES IN THE DEM SIGN

But the Information Technology “sorcerer” was also a prophet of the pandemic in 2015 during an intervention in the TED (Technology Entertainment Design) talk-show and subsequently with the financing of the simulated exercise on the emergency from CoronaVirus organized by its foundation together with John Hopkins Health Security Center starring: the Senior Fellow of the same university and researcher for Columbia University, Avril Haines.

In life sciences, dual-use research “includes biological research with legitimate scientific purposes, the results of which can be misused to pose a biological threat to public health and / or national security”. In general, the term tends to refer to technologies that have both civilian and military uses. The National Center for Biotechnology Information of the same NIH, the National Institute for Health of the United States, explains it.
So what happens in 2014 a few months after the coup in Ukraine? President Obama officially stops government contributions to “dual use” research on the most dangerous viral strains of the large CoronaVirus family that ranges from common flu to SARS 1 and now SARS 2.
«New USG funding will not be released for gain-of-function research projects that may be reasonably anticipated to confer attributes to influenza, MERS, or SARS viruses such that the virus would have enhanced pathogenicity and/or transmissibility in mammals via the respiratory route».
Excluded from the suspension the «characterization or testing of naturally occurring influenza, MERS, and SARS viruses, unless the tests are reasonably anticipated to increase transmissibility and/or pathogenicity». That is: research that doesn’t anticipate “dangerous” targets in advance can continue.
The critical point is already in that adverb “reasonably” which is highly questionable. Any research center, in fact, wished to go into the field of “gain of function” could have declared that it had a different purpose and that it did not foresee this “random” evolution. And for those employed in top secret Pentagon studies it would have been very easy to oppose issues of national secrecy to any controls.
There are many things that make this moratorium sanctioned by Washington on October 17, 2014 on high-risk studies for humanity curious. First of all, the fact that the National Institute for Health NIH, with the obvious consent of the White House, grants the Chapel Hill and Wuhan project to go on quietly despite the extremely high danger of their project.

All of this appears to conform to Obama’s strategy which, in Syria, Ukraine and Yemen, has always placed the screen of pacifist diplomacy for the export of democracy in front of his bloody military actions carefully planned in detail by the Pentagon and the CIA. This ambiguous “facade” moratorium was then suspended in 2017 by the new president Donald Trump.
But just in 2014 another operating arm of the American Department of Defense, the DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), which deals with studying innovative weapons officially only for defensive purposes to prevent “enemy moves”, opened its Biological Technologies Office become famous for bio-engineering experiments on genetically modified “allied insects” and capable of carrying viruses as well as other animals more experimented for this purpose such as the bat.
It should also be noted that DARPA does not need ad hoc government funding for its projects because it can fish directly from the huge resources of the Pentagon which in 2019 was 685 billion dollars!
