CHRISTIAN TEENS ABDUCTED – RAPED BY MUSLIMS. Maira Filmed during Abuses for Blackmail. Huma: Arrest Warrant for Kidnappers

Two positive news comes from Pakistan in relation to the terrible stories of Huma, kidnapped by a Muslim on October 10, 2019 when she was only 14 and ruthlessly raped until she became pregnant, and of Maira, kidnapped at only 13 and detained by her rapist on the basis of a fake marriage certificate.
The two Pakistani girls of Christian Catholic faith were forced to convert to Islam by Muslim kidnappers as happens, according to the lawyers who follow the events, for about 2,000 girls every year in Pakistan, where the multicultural national politics struggles to control the pockets. of the Sunni Salafist Islamic extremism.
But these days, here are two glimmers of light in these horror stories: the judges have issued an arrest warrant for the kidnappers of Huma Younes after the insistence of the lawyer who follows the parents. At the moment, however, the girl is still a prisoner of the Muslim Abdul Jabbar who, after having made her pregnant in months of sexual violence, declared his intention to take the child to the orphanage when he is born.
It may be that this very intention, clear confirmation of wanting the girl only as a sex slave and not to create a family, has unlocked the competent Court. Now, however, the lawyer’s uncertainty concerns the actual execution of the kidnapper’s arrest warrant given that Jabbar’s brother is in the Rangers Special Department.
4thousand Toddlers Raped. Chilling Report by Italian Priest who Helps Police in Pedophiles’ Hunting
While Maira, the other Christian girl kidnapped when was 13yo one years ago, managed to escape from her kidnapper’s home after yet another rape and told the police disturbing details about her sexual slavery.
In fact, his flier would have inflicted on the teenager who has meanwhile become 14 the psychological humiliation of being filmed during the abuse, in order to be able to blackmail her and perhaps also to resell the video on the illegal network of child pornography that seeks younger and younger victims, even newborns like demonstrated in our previous investigation.
While the story of Huma was reported by all the international media also for the appeal made to the Pope by her parents, that of Maira remained confined to the international site of Aid to Church in Need for a cicorstanza disturbing. Although the girl refused to convert to Islam, her kidnapper produced a marriage certificate declared bogus even by the Imam which resulted as the signatory.
But despite this a few weeks ago the Lahore Court had agreed to her kidnapper Mohamad Nakash recognizing him as a legitimate husband. Precisely for this reason we begin to tell the shocking story before going into the details of the updates on the case of Huma, thanks to the reports of the pontifical foundation Aid to the Church in Need, known for having contributed in a decisive way to create the opinion movement that led to the liberation by Asia Bibi, the Pakistani mother unjustly jailed for years for an unfounded accusation of blasphemy.
RAPE FILMED BY FAKE HUSBAND
report by ACN International (Aid to Church in Need)
Maira Shahbaz, the kidnapped Pakistani Christian girl at the recent center of international attention, has escaped from the home of Mohamad Nakash, the man who according to the Lahore High Court is her legitimate husband. After her escape, she went to a police station to give her testimony, in which she also declared that she was filmed while by being raped by the kidnapper.
Maira fled Nakash’s home in nearby Faisalabad, where sources close to the family say she was forced into prostitution and now she, her mother and three siblings are on the run from their home. According to Maira, Mohamad Nakash has threatened to kill her and her family: “They threatened to murder my whole family. My life was at stake in the hands of the accused and Nakash repeatedly raped me forcefully.”
In her declaration the Catholic girl refuted her alleged conversion from Christianity, stressing that she had been tricked into signing blank documents extorted by the kidnapper. She added that the abductors and his accomplices threatened to publish the rape video online if she did not comply with their demands. Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) received a copy of Maira’s statements to the police from the family’s lawyer, Khalil Tahir Sandhu, describing how she was kidnapped and the atrocious cruelties she suffered in captivity.
In an interview with ACN, Lala Robin Daniel, a friend of Maira’s family, described their life on the run, moving from place to place every few days, adding: “Maira is traumatised. She cannot speak. We want to take her to the doctor but we are afraid we might be spotted. We are all very frightened but we place our trust in God.”
The family has requested to Nakash’s arrest for sex crimes involving a minor and her lawyer, Tahir Sandhu, has applied to the courts both to cancel the marriage and to recognise the violence suffered to attain the forced conversion. In response, the alleged kidnapper has requested the arrest of the victim’s mother, Nighat, her uncles and Lala Robin Daniel, claiming that they would have kidnapped the girl and take her away from his home.
These events come nearly three weeks after the Lahore High Court ruled in Nakash’s favour in the case of the girl’s alleged abduction on 28th April, when it is claimed he and two armed accomplices kidnapped her in broad daylight close to her home. The family has consistently contested Nakash’s claims of marrying Maira, and in court Maira’s lawyer produced an official birth certificate to show the girl was 13 at the time of the alleged ceremony last October. The Muslim cleric named in the marriage certificate too has dismissed it as a fake and went to the police to complain.
According to the Aid to the Church in Need’s global Religious Freedom in the World Report, the abduction and forced conversion of women from religious minorities – frequently accompanied by rape and other sexual violence – is a major problem in a number of countries of particular concern as regards human rights violations, especially Pakistan and Egypt.

These abductions do not follow a set pattern. Some are opportunistic, while others are carried out by organised groups. A significant proportion is not necessarily motivated exclusively by religious faith but a combination of factors, including, in some cases, financial incentives.
Local NGO’s in Pakistan estimated that at least 1,000 Christian and Hindu women are kidnapped and forced to convert to Islam and marry their attacker every year. In Egypt at least 550 Christian women aged 14 to 40 disappeared between 2011 and 2014 – and girls are still abducted regularly. According to the Human Rights Council of Pakistan and the Movement for Solidarity and Peace in Pakistan, the abductions of women are on the rise. Often, authorities tell parents the girl has converted and married of her own free will. Many families don’t report the crime, or withdraw the case, following threats against other female members of the family.
ARREST WARRANT FOR HUMA’S KIDNAPPER
report by ACS Italy (Aid to Church in Need)
The Pakistani first-level court in East Karachi on 21 September issued an arrest warrant, in the form provided for the accused without the right to bail, against Abdul Jabbar and his accomplices. They are accused of having kidnapped, raped, forced to marry one of the kidnappers and to abandon her faith, Huma Younus, a fifteen-year-old Catholic. The minor became pregnant as a result of the rape and is currently a prisoner within the walls of a room.
Tabassum Yousaf, a lawyer at the High Court of Sindh, the Pakistani province with the capital Karachi, is currently engaged in the defense of the teenager’s parents. Aid to the Church in Need has asked her to comment on the latest decision of the judicial authority. “This is a great step towards the liberation of the Christian minor,” began the lawyer Tabassum, who however does not minimize the difficulties. In a couple of weeks or maybe a month from now most of us will probably be dead or dying from the effects of a worldwide nuclear war; no doubt but that at time the problems of these young women will resolve themselves.
