«I have been struck by the wide range of neurological syndromes I see in the office in patients who took one or more of the ill-advised COVID-19 vaccines. Many times I wonder what the risk is from population studies? Is my practice similar to what is seen in the medical literature?» the famous American cardiologist Peter A. McCullough wrote in his Substack.
The Neuro-Covax Italian Report
Then he quoted a new important study reported from Milan, Italy and title “NEURO-COVAX: An Italian Population-Based Study of Neurological Complications after COVID-19 Vaccinations”
«Salsone et al, results from the NEURO-COVAX Study. As a general reference, when there is a 20% or more excess risk, that is an odd’s ratio, relative risk, or hazard ratio of 1.20 or greater, it is clinically important» McCullough explained focusing on an issue several times analyzed by Gospa News investigations on mRNA genomic sera adverse reactions.
«In this Italian population-based study, we aimed to evaluate the neurological complications after the first and/or second dose of COVID-19 vaccines and factors potentially associated with these adverse effects» pointed out Maria Salsone, Carlo Signorelli, Alessandro Oldani, Valerio Fabio Alberti, Vincenza Castronovo , Salvatore Mazzitelli, Massimo Minerva, Luigi Ferini-Strambi in the paper published on NIH-PubMed on October 21 (revised on 18 by MDPI Vaccines).
The research was focused on four different COVID-19 vaccines: Ad26.COV2.S (Janssen J&J), BNT162b2 (Pfifer-Biontech), ChAdOx1nCoV-19 (AstraZeneca), mRNA-1273 (Moderna).

Concluded the researchers which work in many important health institutions of Milan (Italy): Institute of Molecular Bioimaging and Physiology, National Research Council; Sleep Disorders Center, Division of Neuroscience, San Raffaele Scientific Institute; School of Medicine, Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, Sovrintendenza Sanitaria del Gruppo San Donato; Direzione Sanitaria, San Raffaele Scientific Institute.
Approximately 31.2% of the sample developed post-vaccination neurological complications
«The NEURO-COVAX-cohort included 19,108 vaccinated people: 15,368 with BNT162b2 (Pfizer), 2,077 with mRNA-1273, 1,651 with ChAdOx1nCov-19, and 12 with Ad26.COV2.S who were subsequently excluded. Approximately 31.2% of the sample developed post-vaccination neurological complications, particularly with ChAdOx1nCov-19. A vulnerable clinical profile emerged, where over 40% of the symptomatic people showed comorbidities in their clinical histories» we can read in the abstract.
There are many different types of pathologies that confirm the alarm raised by Gospa News on neurological adverse events thanks to other studies and the EudraVigilance Data (pharcovigilance platform fo European Medicines Agency).
«Defining the neurological risk profile, we found an increased risk for ChAdOx1nCov-19 of tremors (vs. BNT162b2, OR: 5.12, 95% CI: 3.51-7.48); insomnia (vs. mRNA-1273, OR: 1.87, 95% CI: 1.02-3.39); muscle spasms (vs. BNT162b2, OR: 1.62, 95% CI: 1.08-2.46); and headaches (vs. BNT162b2, OR: 1.49, 95% CI: 0.96-1.57). For mRNA-1273, there were increased risks of paresthesia (numbness and tingling) (vs. ChAdOx1nCov-19, OR: 2.37, 95% CI: 1.48-3.79); vertigo (vs. ChAdOx1nCov-19, OR: 1.68, 95% CI: 1.20-2.35); diplopia (double vision) (vs. ChAdOx1nCov-19, OR: 1.55, 95% CI: 0.67-3.57); and sleepiness (vs. ChAdOx1nCov-19, OR: 1.28, 95% CI: 0.98-1.67)».
The Mystery of Severe Neurological Cases
«In the period that ranged from March to August 2021, no one was hospitalized and/or died of severe complications related to the primary series of two COVID-19 vaccines. Hospitalization or death after one shot was not captured».
This is what the doctors added with a somewhat cryptic conclusion that contrasts with the Eudravigilance data analyzed by Gospa News precisely in reference to serious and lethal cases connected to neurological complications.
But it also contrasts with the 44,000 brain lesions detected by Pfizer’s clinical trials on a global scale but kept hidden for a long time so as not to create panic.
Not only. As they wrote in a report on April 2021, a table from the Third Report of the Italian Medicines Agency AIFA detects a high number of serious neurological AEFI cases already by March 2021.
But according to the study by the Milanese researchers it seems that the Lombard population was particularly lucky because none of the vaccinated victims of such serious adverse events would have been hospitalized or died.
The conditional is a must in light of these contradictory numbers with those of Pharmacovigilance in the European Union collected by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) platform, as we noted in the previous investigation of October 2022.
The numbers from the EudraVigilance platform updated on October 8 are shocking. Only in relation to the reports of these two most widespread vaccines there were 3,663 fatal cases referring to nervous system disorders (2,446 for Pfizer and 1,217 for Moderna) out of a number of neurological side effects which represents the highest among the “specific” ones, as it is second only to the less serious indications of “general and administration site disorders”: 538,878 total reports (399,693 for Pfizer and 139,185 for Moderna) of which the severity is unknown.
McCullough: “Vaccines Safety profile Unacceptable. A Protocol of Detoxification”
«In summary, a shocking 31.2% of respondents to this large dataset sustained neurologic injury after two injections with verified data in health registries. Most of the risk estimates indicate the safety profile is unacceptable. It is alarming that all neurological societies to date still recommend COVID-19 vaccines and none have issued safety warnings on the products» the American MD Peter McCullough noted.
«In my practice, I have found 3-12 months of McCullough Protocol Base Spike Detoxification (BSD) in addition to other drugs is a reasonable approach to these problems once serious intracranial pathology has been excluded – highlighted the cardiologist – The fundamental principle of degradation of the Spike protein appears to be pivotal to managing these clinical syndromes. In my experience, additional agents including corticosteroids, gabapentin, NAC, nicotine, and low-dose naltrexone can help with symptoms, but without BSD, cannot resolve the problem».
