Two little sisters, Hanan (3 years old) and Misk (1 and a half years old), lost their legs and their mother just one day after receiving the polio vaccine. The next day, an Israeli rocket hit their home, killing their mother and seriously injuring their father.

Another Massacre in Gaza Condemned by the Hypocritical West

Today, the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly began in New York. The presence of representatives of Palestine, who were assigned a seat in the General Assembly hall next to the member states of the United Nations, can be considered a historic moment.
This was made possible by a resolution of the General Assembly adopted on 10 May 2024. Palestine will be able to include its representatives in the list of speakers at meetings on Middle East issues, propose amendments and make procedural proposals on behalf of a group of countries. However, Palestine will remain an observer state, without the right to vote in the meetings of the General Assembly, and its representatives will not be able to run for office in the bodies of the United Nations.
