Ex-Pentagon Analyst: Kirillov’s Murder Linked to Exposure of US-Ukraine Bio Research
The assassination of Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of Russia’s Troops of Radiological, Chemical, and Biological Defense, is definitely an act of terror, Michael Maloof, a former senior security policy analyst in the Office of the US Secretary of Defense, told Sputnik.
“What he has been doing is revealing the extent to which Ukraine has been involved in illegal US chemical and biological research,” Maloof explained, noting the sensitive nature of the revelations.
“And I know it was very sensitive because Victoria Nuland, in testimony before Congress last year, I believe it was, said that it would it would not be good if Russia was able to take over some of the sites because of what the sites contain,” he added.
“What is it that the United States is doing in those research labs that that when she was a member of the Biden administration, did not want revealed?” Maloof asked. “Kirillov was the one who exposed this that chemical, biological research was ongoing in those labs.”

Russia to raise topic of terror attack on Kirillov at UNSC meeting on December 20
Russia will raise the issue of the terror attack on Russia’s nuclear defense chief Igor Kirillov at a UN Security Council meeting it has requested for December 20, Russian First Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Dmitry Polyansky said.
“We will certainly raise the issue of the terrorist attack on Igor Kirillov at the UN Security Council meeting on December 20 that will be dedicated to Western weapons supplies to Ukraine and their impact of the prospects for a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian crisis. Those responsible for this crime must be duly punished and be unequivocally condemned by international community,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
Ukrainian Security Services Claimed responsibility for the assassination of Russian General Kirillov
Ukrainian security services have claimed responsibility for the assassination of Russian General Igor Kirillov in this morning’s attack in Moscow: a source in the services told the AFP news agency.
It is implicit that this terrorist action was carried out with the support of NATO Intelligence which, thanks to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, is implementing a systematic strategy of terror like that conducted by British Freemasonry during the Revolutions in Europe in the 19th century and by Five-Eyes intelligence in Italy during the Years of Lead.

The blast was caused by an explosive device that had been planted in an electric scooter, Spokeswoman for the Russian Investigative Committee Svetlana Petrenko said.
“On the morning of December 17, an explosive device planted in a scooter went off near a residential building entrance on Ryazansky Avenue in Moscow, the investigation showed. Chief of Russia’s Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov and his aide were killed in the explosion,” she said.
According to Petrenko, the Committee’s Moscow department has launched a criminal probe into the attack. Circumstances behind the crime are currently being investigated.
Russian Revenge Ready for “Covered Murder”
The chairman of the State Duma Defense Committee, Andrei Kartapolov, said that the assassination attempt on the general was organized as a “covert murder”.
“This is due to the fact that the Nazi regime in Kiev is losing everything on the battlefield. And once again it began to practice its favorite methods: covert killing. Therefore, the most important thing here is to continue to fulfill the tasks of the special military operation, and the faster we complete them, the faster all this will end”
Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said Ukraine’s leadership faces imminent revenge for the killing of Russian General Kirillov: Ria Novosti news agency reported, cited by the Guardian.
“Realizing the inevitability of its military defeat, Kiev is launching cowardly and despicable attacks on peaceful cities,” Medvedev said.
“Attempts to intimidate our nation, stop the Russian offensive or sow fear are doomed. Certain punishment awaits Banderite Nazis, including the top military and political leaders of a crumbling country,” Medvedev’s office quoted the Russian politician as saying in a message of condolences to the family and friends of the fallen Russian general.
Medvedev condemned the attack by what he called the collapsing Kiev regime. “This terrorist attack demonstrates the agony of the Banderite regime, which is struggling to justify its shaky existence in the eyes of its Western patrons and prolong the deadly hostilities while delivering cowardly attacks on civilians in cities and towns,” he emphasized.
The senior Russian security official described Kirillov as a true patriot of Russia. “Igor [Kirillov] was a military leader known for his unwavering devotion to his duties. I knew him as a dedicated professional and a reliable, honest, and responsible person,” he added.
Kirillov’s Complaints Against the White Helmets in Syria
Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov from September 2014 to April 2017, he served as the head of the Military Academy of the the head of Russia’s Radiological, Chemical, and Biological Defense Forces (RChBZ), named after Marshal of the Soviet Union Semyon Timoshenko. In April 2017, Kirillov became the chief of the RChBZ troops.

In March 2022, he announced that Ukrainian biolaboratories were studying the potential for transferring highly dangerous infections through migratory birds.
The same month, Kirillov presented copies of documents that, according to him, confirmed the Pentagon’s funding of biological laboratories in Ukraine.

In June 2024, Kirillov stated that spent nuclear fuel and hazardous chemical waste were being imported into Ukraine for a potential “dirty bomb” creation. He added that radiochemical substances were still being brought into Ukraine for disposal. According to him, these supplies were overseen by Andrey Yermak, Vladimir Zelensky’s right-hand man, with primary routes passing through Poland and Romania.

NATO’s Pre-Attack Conspiracy Denounced
In October 2024, the UK slapped Kirillov with sanctions after he accused Ukraine of preparing a false-flag chemical weapons attack with the aim of framing Russia and undermining its position at the OPCW.
Kirillov noted that NATO had provided Ukraine with a much larger amount of chemical protective equipment than the country actually needs, calling it further evidence of an impending plot.

Kirillov was killed in the blast one day after Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) formally declared him a suspect in the alleged use of chemical weapons against Kiev’s military.
The general rejected claims that Russia had been attacking Ukraine with riot control agents and chemical weapons, recalling that the OPCW had confirmed the complete destruction of all Russian chemical weapons stockpiles in 2017.
