Dr. Peter Kotlar, Slovak physician, government commissioner and MP announced at a press conference in Bratislava, March 14, 2025 that after completing an analysis of retained vaccine batches from the 2020 Covid pandemic, it has been officially confirmed that the vaccines are genetically-modified organisms (GMO).
Dr. Kotlar stated that“patients are therefore undergoing experimental gene therapy that forces the body to produce a toxin.”
The doctor is calling upon the Slovak government take action to destroy the remaining vaccines and demand reimbursement for the costs of purchasing them from the firms responsible.
Slovakia is the first country to make official this highly significant and explosive information.
The Slovakian Investigation on Covid Vaccines Damages
In January 2024, Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico announced the launch of a government investigation into the damage caused by mRNA genetic serums and in particular the multiple side effects, including lethal ones, previously confirmed by the European Medicines Agency (EMA, the European Union’s drug regulator).
The investigation slowed down after the Slovakian Prime Minister was the victim of a very serious attack in which he risked his life.
But in the autumn, government commissioner Kotlar himself delivered his disruptive report in which he asked the Slovakian government to immediately withdraw all Covid vaccines from the market due to their infectivity, later reiterated by a scientific study published by the world-famous magazine SCIENCE, and above all due to their dangerousness.
Yesterday he presents his tragic conclusions on the toxicity of mRNA genetic serums.
Kotlár submitted an expert opinion on the analysis of mRNA vaccines to the prosecutor’s office
«The Slovak government’s plenipotentiary for the review of the process of governance and management of resources during the COVID-19 pandemic, Peter Kotlár, on Wednesday handed over to the Prosecutor General Maroš Žilinka an expert opinion on the analysis of mRNA vaccines used in Slovakia during the COVID-19 pandemic. TASR was informed about this by the spokesperson for the Slovak Prosecutor General’s Office, Zuzana Drobová» has reported TERAZ.SK Slovakian newspaper.

“The subject of the meeting was exclusively the submission of the expert opinion, presented by the plenipotentiary of the Slovak government at his press conferences on March 13 and 18, to the Prosecutor General of the Slovak Republic,” Drobová clarified.
She added that it will be up to the relevant criminal justice authorities to thoroughly assess, evaluate and deal with this evidence from a criminal law perspective.
«Kotlár announced last week that he is asking Žilinka to act immediately in connection with the results of the analysis of batches of vaccines used against COVID-19 in the Slovak population. According to him, these showed that all tested batches of mRNA vaccines contained genetic information that has the ability to modify human DNA. According to him, this can lead to the emergence of several serious diseases. The plenipotentiary also asks Prime Minister Robert Fico (Smer-SD) to convene the Security Council of the Slovak Republic in connection with the results of the analysis» TERAZ.SK added.

The Danger of Altering Human DNA and Turbo-Cancer
The alteration of human DNA has been documented by dozens of scientific research worldwide and also by an Italian one.
Some American states and Australian regions have already started legal procedures to ban its use because DNA fragments can be highly carcinogenic and cause forms of turbo-cancer as recently demonstrated also by a British research by an Oxford academic.
Now the General Prosecutor’s Office of Slovakia will be forced to start an investigation as its American colleagues have already done in some states.
The European Public Prosecutor’s Office EPPO has instead closed a similar investigation against President Ursula Von der Leyen accused of having purchased the mRNA Comirnaty gene serums from Pfizer-Biontech through suspicious negotiations despite them being experimental and not yet adequately tested for their genotoxicity, as demonstrated by three alarming studies by the Italian biochemist Gabriele Segalla.
