Another pandemic will occur sooner or later and this is not a “theoretical risk” but an “epidemiological certainty,” World Health Organization (WHO) Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has said.
Speaking at the opening of the resumed Thirteenth Meeting of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body on the WHO Pandemic Agreement, he reiterated the dire consequences of the COVID-19 outbreak worldwide, emphasizing that “the next pandemic will not wait until things calm down.” According to the WHO chief, its emergence is “not a theoretical risk; it is an epidemiological certainty.” He reiterated that another pandemic “could happen in 20 years or more, or it could happen tomorrow.” “But it will happen, and either way, we must be ready,” Ghebreyesus asserted.
“You have seen what the COVID-19 pandemic did. Officially 7 million people were killed, but we estimate the true toll to be 20 million. And on top of the human cost, the pandemic wiped more than US $10 trillion from the global economy,” he noted.
The WHO chief expressed hope that consensus can be reached during the talks on the WHO Pandemic Agreement. He assured that “this agreement will in no way infringe any Member State’s sovereignty. In fact, the opposite: it will strengthen national sovereignty and international action.”
The 77th World Health Assembly held in Geneva from May 27 to June 1, 2024, agreed to introduce amendments to the International Health Regulations and continue talks on the pandemic agreement.
The public health emergency of international concern due to COVID-19 was in effect from late January 2020 until May 5, 2023. According to the WHO, as of March 23, 2025, 777,684,506 coronavirus infections have been registered worldwide with 7,092,720 fatalities.

Gates financed the research of the Wuhan Institute of Virology by supporting Anthony Fauci’s NIAID-NIH american governative institute which in turn passed the funds to the dangerous criminal experiments of the EcoHealthAlliance of the Anglo-American zoologist Peter Daszak during which many laboratory genotypes of SARS identical to Covid-19 were created.
Former American president Clinton is known for having signed the collaboration agreement on the research of bacteriological weapons with Chinese president Jiang Zemin, nicknamed “the Tiananmen executioner” for the massacre of students in 1989, who favored the development projects on coronaviruses in Wuhan infected with HIV plasmids such as SARS-Cov-2.
Ghebreyesus is paid by the UN health agency but in reality he is the first accomplice, together with the Rockefeller Foundation, of Gates’ global immunization plan.
Eloquent proof comes from the fact that he appointed two scientists who had worked in Wuhan in the manipulation of SARS viruses to the two different WHO commissions charged with investigating the artificial origin of the pandemic. Daszak and Jean-Claude Manuguerra, Director of Research and head of the Environment and Infectious Risks Unit, as well as head of the Emergency Biological Intervention Unit (CIBU) and deputy head of the French National Reference Center for Hantiviruses, at the Pasteur Institute in France,
On behalf of the Pasteur Institute, Manuguerra was in fact the one delegated to follow the SARS project financed in Wuhan by the European Commission chaired by the Italian Romano Prodi (former manager of the Goldman Sachs bank that invested in Pfizer) in which for the first time an HIV plasmid was inserted into a coronavirus, as later happened in SARS-Cov-2.
Ghebreyesus also supported vaccination projects in Africa funded by Gates, after which there were terrible epidemics of the infamous Disease X predicted by the World Health Organization itself.

The WHO director also established the failed COVAX project, for vaccination in poor countries in Africa and Latin America that have largely rejected the dangerous mRNA genetic serums, entrusting it to two NGOs founded by Gates, the Gavi Alliance and the CEPI, under the coordination of a former manager from Big Pharma GSK, administered by CEO Emma Walmsley, director of Microsoft Corporation…
