An unknown threatens to complicate all monitoring and security activities at one of the most anticipated international summits of the last decade.
The meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump will take place in Alaska, where the now infamous and dangerous geoengineering experiments at the HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) station have been planned for months for next week.
As occurred in 2024, when anomalous storms with powerful electromagnetism lightning discharges were recorded in the Northern Hemisphere and in Italy, the Polar Aeronomy and Radio Science (PARS) Summer School began in recent days. Scheduled for August 5-14, it will be held at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and the HAARP station, a former US Air Force experimental military base.
The event involves the disturbing bombardment of the ionosphere, the consequences of which are unknown and feared by many international scientists, and has been scheduled for over a year.
Therefore, barring any dramatic developments, it will proceed even though it risks compromising radio frequencies and satellite signals and, therefore, creating “shadow lines” in communications regarding the security of the Trump-Putin meeting.

Although this meeting will be monitored by the world’s two most powerful intelligence services, Russia and the US, the geopolitical weight of the topic—peace in Ukraine—could expose even the two most protected statesmen on earth to the danger of attacks.
Especially because Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, excluded from the summit by Moscow’s will, has already begun protesting against any agreements on the transfer of territories in Donbas or Crimea to Russia.
His vibrant protest should not be underestimated for two reasons:
- Zelensky is a media and political figure created by George Soros in league with NATO’s New World Order, which he explicitly announced in a 1993 article. As such, he has always been supported by two Deep State “puppets” like Barack Obama and Joseph Biden, and therefore enjoys the unconditional support of American Democrats.
- The head of the pro-Nazi regime in Kiev is also believed to be a secret agent of the British MI6 counterintelligence agency, who in recent days had three high-ranking officers captured by Russian special forces while they were plotting terrorist attacks in Ukraine.
Therefore, London and NATO, obsessively focused on World War III against Russia, would certainly celebrate if something disastrous were to happen to one of the two leaders, potentially changing the course of the war in Ukraine and the business of the Weapons Lobby, which is profiting from it as it is from the genocide in Gaza.
The HAARP Experimenter Program in Alaska in the next days
Until Monday, August 11th, researchers participating in PARS in Alaska will be limited to theoretical work at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. But starting Tuesday, August 12th, they will be able to witness actual experimental activity at the HAARP site in Gakoma.
«The first week will be spent in the Fairbanks area with lectures and tours of space physics research sites, then relocating to HAARP to run active experiments and brief initial results. Students will be trained in the theory and concepts of ionospheric heating, with an introduction to Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI) experiment design, diagnostics, and analysis».

The summer school provides faculty, graduate, and advanced undergraduate students with exposure to the National Science Foundation (NSF) Subauroral Geophysical Observatory (SAGO) for Space Physics and Radio Science and the HAARP research site in Gakona, Alaska.
As explained on the official website, the HAARP facility was constructed by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) starting in 1990, with the objective to answer questions of relevance to the DoD. When those investigations were completed, stewardship of the facility was transferred to UAF in 2015, with the intention of allowing the wider research community to benefit from its exceptional capabilities.

This year’s PARS program brings the testing site back to the forefront of global attention following the controversy sparked by the May 2024 tests that Gospa News was among the first sites in the world to correlate with the bright auroras of different chromatic tones seen in the Northern Hemisphere.

HAARP was forced to release a statement confirming its intense geoengineering activity but denying the correlation, attributing the auroral phenomenon to a solar storm. It had the courage to deny the evidence despite the fact that the same anomalous auroras had developed on previous occasions, always concurrent with research campaigns at the station operated by the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
Not only that. In the days following the extremely dangerous geoengineering tests, especially because the short-, medium-, and long-term effects on the atmosphere are unknown, there were repeated disastrous flooding events in various parts of the Northern Hemisphere, which Gospa News promptly reported.
Tests on Radio Frequency and GPS Satellite Signals on the Day of the Putin-Trump Summit
But this time, the issue takes on even greater significance due to the meeting and the fact that electromagnetic and geomagnetic activity will also affect radio frequencies and satellites.
The University itself sent a notice to enthusiasts, which was reported in full by Amateur Radio Daily. It reveals that the experiments will be extended until August 15th, the day scheduled for the Putin-Trump meeting.
«The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) will be conducting a research campaign August 12-15 UTC, with operating times specified in the table below. Operating frequencies will vary, but all HAARP transmissions will be between 2.8 MHz and 10 MHz. Actual transmit days and times are highly variable based on real-time ionospheric and/or geomagnetic conditions. All information is subject to change».
«This year, 30 unique experiments will take place. The theme of this year’s program is “Active Exploration of Near-Earth Space” Scientific goals of these experiments range from studies on the effects of ionospheric conditions on GPS satellite signals to generation and propagation of extremely low frequency/very low frequency (ELF/VLF) waves».
Therefore, the tests will not be limited to radio frequencies but could also create interactions with satellite systems normally used by government security services as an alternative to radios and other devices.
«Note that due to the number of experiments and the need to make real-time schedule adjustments based on ionospheric conditions, no frequencies are specified in the table below. The included transmission notice supplement contains information on the frequencies HAARP is authorized to transmit. HAARP transmissions will only occur on our authorized frequencies» HAARP adds.
The calendar clearly shows that on the day the entire world holds its breath, the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program station’s always-dangerous experiments will pose a worrying unknown that potential conspirators could exploit…
