Senator Paul’s accusation on the laboratory origins of COVID-19, concealed by the CIA
The US Central Intelligence Agency’s counterintelligence has concealed the origins of the SARS-CoV-2 laboratory.
This is supported by the latest video from Republican Senator Rand Paul (Kentucky), who has been fighting for years to prove that the COVID-19 pandemic was planned, just as Gospa News has claimed since the first investigation on February 4, 2020, into the coronavirus bioweapon, which resulted in immediate censorship on almost all social media worldwide and in mainstream media.

In a nutshell, Senator Paul states:
“At the CIA, we know from a whistleblower. that there were five or six scientists who basically examined the evidence, and they voted five to one, six to one, that the information appeared to indicate that the virus came from the lab… But then they were overruled by higher-ups at the CIA,”
The Kentucky Republican politician emphasized: “Anthony Fauci, Francis Collins, and several other famous virologists were all privately saying, ‘oh my goodness, it looks like it’s been manipulated,’ … and publicly, almost simultaneously, saying, ‘you’re a conspiracy theorist,’”
Former CIA Deputy Director Haines’s Prophecy on the Severe Respiratory Virus Pandemic
But her words, just like the official statement released by the White House at the initiative of President Donald Trump, reveal only the tip of the iceberg of a terrible international conspiracy that, in some countries like China, Iran, and Italy, has claimed many victims with the first, highly lethal genotype of SARS-CoV-2.
Let’s try to summarize the key points of the investigations I conducted as director of Gospa News and VT columnist, summarized in the Wuhan-Gates series, and partially summarized in a book where the CIA symbol was inserted (via a photomontage, of course )into a SARS-CoV-2 molecule as early as 2020.
Former CIA Deputy Director Avril Haines gave a conference in 2018 predicting a pandemic caused by a viral respiratory disease, thus becoming a “prophet” of Covid like Bill Gates.
As revealed exclusively by Gospa News, Haines, curiously, visited the Italian Siena Hills in 2017, where one of GSK’s Big Pharma plants, managed by a Microsoft executive, is located. She was then invited to a pandemic simulation event in October 2019 (funded by Gates and the WEF), around the same time as the Wuhan Military Games that preceded the first SARS-CoV-2 outbreak.
GSK recently secured $320 million in a U.S. lawsuit against Pfizer over its patent for mRNA genetic serums…
The BioLabs Opened in Ukraine by Former CIA Director Panetta
Haines, an expert in biological weapons, became Deputy Director of the CIA in 2013, a year after the former director of the same intelligence agency, Italian-American Leon Pametta, as Secretary of Defense in the Obama-Biden administration, opened 12 bacteriological laboratories in Ukraine to study potentially lethal viruses.
All those laboratories were supervised by the CIA, like the Chinese one at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, where the infamous virologist Anthony Fauci conducted experiments on SARS viruses enhanced with gain-of-function techniques and the addition of HIV sequences, thanks to a collaboration established in 1998 by then-President Bill Clinton and Chinese President Jiang Zemin, the so-called “executioner of Tiananmen Square.”
After the outbreak of the pandemic, attorney Haines, formerly Senator Joseph Biden’s briefcase in Congress, became director of the Office of the National Intelligence (ODNI), which coordinates the 18 US federal agencies, including the CIA, when Biden was acclaimed president of the United States after a controversial election with alleged fraud against Trump.
The US Intelligence Community’s Denial of Laboratory Origin
In two separate statements, the ODNI denied the laboratory origin, ignoring the fact that at least two agencies had maintained the virus’s laboratory origin from the beginning.
Haines never responded to Congressional members who asked her for clarification regarding Fauci’s mysterious visits to the CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, whose visits were unrecorded.
Pentagon documentation discovered in Ukrainian bacteriological laboratories by the Russian Army during the invasion demonstrated the existence of experiments on Covid-19 at least three months before the first outbreak in Wuhan. Metabiota, a medical research company funded by President Biden’s son and which became a major CIA contractor, operated at those research centers.
General Igor Kirillov, commander of Moscow’s Chemical, Bacteriological, and Radiological Protection Troops, who first accused the US of enhancing and releasing lethal viruses for Big Pharma’s vaccine business, was killed in a bomb attack by Ukrainian terrorists trained by Western intelligence.
Bill Gates, Moderna, and DARPA’s SARS Virus Experiments
Moderna’s mRNA vaccine patent for COVID-19 was registered nine months before the outbreak of the pandemic, following experiments conducted by Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina and the Wuhan Institute of Virology, thanks to funding from the Bill Gates Foundation and the Pentagon’s military agency DARPA. These experiments were later developed in the United Kingdom when Republican Donald Trump was first elected president in 2017.
A CIA whistleblower, as recalled by Senator Paul, reported that an agency analyst was paid to deny the laboratory origin of SARS-CoV-2.
With Donald Trump’s return to the White House in January 2025, the new CIA Director, John Ratcliffe, issued a statement confirming the likely artificial construction of the pandemic virus, but without giving the slightest emphasis to the experiments on synthetic viruses proven by a US Air Force document and the “recipe” for the construction of a laboratory-grown Covid-19 published by Professor Baric in 2017, right under Trump’s nose.
With this ridiculous and succinct official statement, the Central Intelligence Agency put an end to any investigation into the most serious global conspiracy of the millennium, orchestrated by itself, the Pentagon, and Bill Gates. It is worth remembering that, through a management agency, Gates had financed the renewal of the CIA and WHO leadership in previous years.
