HAARP DOSSIER – 9. CYCLONES, LANDSLIDES and POLAR VORTEX after New SECRET U.S. MILITARY TESTS. Electromagnetic Bombing from Alaska Station Before Climate Disasters

In our previous article, we raised the suspicion that geoengineering nightmares were behind the climate disasters that occurred in Italy in January. Cyclone Harry triggered horrendous landslides like the one in Niscemi, Sicily (video below) and the one in the US caused by the polar vortex (another video below), which has already caused dozens of deaths.
Now, we have found a huge clue of evidence: the recent experiments of powerful electromagnetic bombardment of the ionosphere conducted for five days straight, from November 17th to 22nd, 2025, by the now-infamous HAARP station in Alaska.
For those who haven’t read any of our previous investigations, we’ll briefly remind you what it is and what it does by reporting the contents of an official document from the same research center.
We suspect it hit the right target because until a few hours ago, before the publication of our investigation in Italian on Gospa News, the PDF text could be exported and copied. Now, however, it has been replaced by curious codes.
But the PDFs we carefully saved beforehand and which are included among the sources leave no room for doubt… So we apologize if the English translation is not accurate to the original document readable in the sources…
«This report describes the existing High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) facilities and the vision for their application. It argues for the need for the observatory by describing the unique and valuable new research it will enable. The HAARP facilities, located in Gakona, Alaska, were operated by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) from 1993 to 2014. The facilities consist of a large, high-power (3.6 MW) high-frequency radio transmitter and associated diagnostic instruments used for ionospheric modification experiments. The report, titled “The Case for Establishing a Space Physics and Radio Science Observatory at Gakona, Alaska» wrote scientists from several American universities.
«After the HAARP program was discontinued, the Air Force donated the HAARP equipment to the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF). Now in possession of these world-class facilities, the UAF is working to establish an observatory that will leverage their unique capabilities. The observatory will focus on ionospheric radiofrequency heating, radioscience, aeronomy, and magnetospheric physics. It will bring together a wide array of instrumentation to function as a year-round observatory. By applying ionospheric modification to problems of aeronomy and magnetospheric physics, the controlled experimentation techniques of laboratory science will be applied to the study of the natural near-Earth space environment».
Is there therefore a possible causal link between geoengineering tests and the climate disasters of recent years?
This question cannot be answered because scientists themselves have no idea of the consequences that high-frequency wave bombardment with ionospheric modification could have on the Earth’s atmosphere. The danger, however, is confirmed by the creation of a dedicated body in the European Union to oversee atmospheric experiments.
The Co-CREATE consortium was formed to examine governance principles and guidelines for responsible research into solar radiation modification.
“No one should conduct experiments alone with our shared planet,” European Union climate policy chief Frans Timmermans said at a press conference. “This should be discussed in the right forum, at the highest international level,” he stated, suggesting the United Nations as a potential venue for discussions on the risks and potential uses of geoengineering.
It was precisely due to the EU’s strong protests that the Pentagon decided to divest HAARP as a military research facility for the US Air Force and donated it to the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where it continued to conduct the same, if not more, massive and dangerous experiments.
The Well-Hidden Experiments of the HAARP Station
According to physics experts working with HAARP, funded by the U.S. Government’s National Science Foundation (NSF) and supported by close military collaboration with the U.S. Air Force, there is no correlation with the multiple colorful auroras that have intensified in the Northern Hemisphere over the past three years.
When, in May 2024, Gospa News was among the first newspapers in the world to report the coincidence of that anomalous phenomenon right during a HAARP research campaign, the director of the University of Alaska Fairbanks was prompted to issue an official statement denying any responsibility.
Herdenial, however, seemed quite ridiculous given that the station, right from its name, claims to be engaged in an Active Auroral Research Program, and it so closely recalled the mantra “no correlation” between the mRNA COVID vaccines and those injured, before hundreds of studies proved their actual, sometimes even lethal, danger.
After that incident, the HAARP Research Campaigns, once advertised well in advance on the Alaskan station’s official website, disappeared. Not only that, but the list of the latest HAARP Research Campaigns does not mention those for 2025.
Even the preventive updates under the “Transmission Notices” heading, i.e., the notifications that communicate these high-power electromagnetic tests to amateur radio operators due to the potential radiofrequency disturbances, are published late.
As a partial justification, there’s a preface “under construction” to explain the lack of updating to readers… Curiously, we took a screenshot of this section on October 25, 2025, which showed no planned experiments.
The notice was only released in the days leading up to the test: precisely, on November 14, 2025, as is clearly visible in the document we publish below.
As you can see from the list of Transmission Notices in the two screenshots, there are references to four tests conducted in 2025 that aren’t mentioned in the Research Campaigns menu…
So, is there a correlation with the dazzling aurora borealis that was spotted in northern Italy on the night of November 12? The dates don’t seem to match, but in light of these cleverly concealed communications, the reliability of each piece of information is questionable…
The Powerful Electromagnetic Waves of the November 2025 Experiment
Now let’s see how intense the tests at the HAARP station in Alaska were.

This is stated in the “Transmission Notices” document of November 14, which is difficult to find for those not familiar with navigating the official UAF website.
«This campaign is being conducted in support of research proposals from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, Aerospace Corporation, the University of Colorado-Denver, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, the University of Florida, Johns Hopkins University’s Applied Physics Laboratory, the Naval Research Laboratory, and the University of Texas-San Antonio. This research is supported by the Subauroral Geophysical Observatory award (#2054361) from the National Science Foundation».
The notice also mentions the collaboration of the United States Naval Research Laboratory, the military research laboratory of the United States Navy and the United States Marine Corps, committed to conducting basic and applied scientific research programs, advanced technological development, and prototype development.
«Scientific goals of these experiments include studies on the effects of ionospheric conditions on high-frequency radio wave propagation and generation and propagation of extremely low frequency/very low frequency (ELF/VLF) waves. This campaign will also introduce a Rayleigh LIDAR system as a new diagnostic tool for measuring temperature and density at an altitude of 11-85 km».
What short-, medium-, and long-term consequences could these electromagnetic bombardments aimed at modifying the ionosphere have?
Is it true, as mainstream scientists claim, that the colorful auroras have become more intense in recent years due to solar storms, or are they caused by the ongoing experiments conducted by the University of Alaska Fairbanks’ HAARP, which repeatedly collaborates with the US Air Force?
Is there a correlation between these tests and the ongoing geomagnetic storms?
The Geomagnetic Storm of November 12, 2025
The geomagnetic storm of November 12, 2025 , as confirmed by NOAA, was triggered by the arrival of two coronal mass ejections, or CMEs, i.e., expulsions of matter in the form of plasma, one of which was accompanied by the strongest solar flare of 2025 so far. Furthermore, the two plasma streams emitted by the Sun would have merged, generating the phenomenon that scientists call “cannibal CME”.
“The storm has been ongoing for several hours and started very quickly. It was triggered by two CMEs that arrived one after the other on November 11th, and a third CME is expected. We’ll see how the situation evolves,” Mauro Messerotti, professor of Space Meteorology at the University of Trieste, explained to ANSA, as reported by SkyTG24.
In this specific case, the two CMEs that emerged in recent days could cause, once they reach Earth, moderate effects on technological infrastructure, such as brief interruptions in satellite systems and GPS operation; a decrease in the quality of radio communications; voltage fluctuations in electrical grids; and malfunctions in navigation instruments.
These are the same phenomena caused by the HAARP experiments, so how can we distinguish their origin?

Climate Control Announced in the Latest US Pentagon Dossier
Science journalists shouldn’t be surprised by this abuse of HAARP experiments, given that a recent Pentagon document has clearly reconfirmed the intent of climate control for military purposes…
Recall, as highlighted above, that the November 2025 tests were conducted in conjunction with the Naval Research Laboratory.
«In this paper we show that in the future, such operations will enhance air and space superiority and provide new options for battlespace shaping and battlespace awareness. “The technology is there, waiting for us to pull it all together;” in 2025 we can “Own the Weather.”» reads the highly classified document entitled “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025.”
This study by William M. Gray, et al., investigated the hypothesis that “significant beneficial influences can be derived through judicious exploitation of the solar absorption potential of carbon black dust.” The study ultimately found that this technology could be used to enhance rainfall on the mesoscale, generate cirrus clouds, and enhance cumulonimbus (thunderstorm) clouds in otherwise dry areas.
These are geoengineering experiments of a different nature than electromagnetic ones, but they are being piloted by the U.S. Department of Defense (now renamed the Department of War by U.S. President Donald Trump) just as more and more states are calling for a ban on such dangerous experiments.
US States’ Useless Chemtrail Bans in the Face of New HAARP Tests
An Iowa Senate subcommittee advanced a bill Monday (January, 26, 26) that would make it a crime to engage in any acts attempting to alter the weather.
«Senate Study Bill 3010 bans “geoengineering” activities for acts intending to “manipulate or alter the weather.” The legislation specifically points to activities like “cloud seeding,” “weather engineering” and “polluting atmospheric activity” — meaning the deliberate discharge of materials, including chemical substances, electromagnetic fields or pulses, sound waves or light pollution — with the intention to alter weather» writes Iowa Capital Dispatch.
The measure would create a Class D criminal felony for people engaging in these activities, punishable by up to five years of incarceration and fines between $1,025 and $10,245. The bill states each day a person commits a violation of this ban counts as a separate offense. It also specifies that if an entity is suspected of committing “geoengineering” activities, the Iowa Department of Public Safety is directed to issue a cease and desist letter.
This bill follows Florida’s July 2025 bill aimed at combating “chemtrails,” after State Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo recognized their danger to humans and the ecosystem…
But cloud seeding, literally seeding clouds to trigger rain, appears infinitely less serious when compared to the HAARP geoenginering experiments.
While “chemtrails” sprayed to make rain fall in the driest regions (Texas, Arizona, or Arab countries) have an impact that can only be devastating at the local level if not managed with moderation, those from the Alaska station can have devastating effects, at least on countries in the Northern Hemisphere…
To use a simple metaphor, it would be as if all the countries in the world banned the use of conventional missiles in every conflict but allowed the use of nuclear warheads.
As former Italian Air Force Marshal Roberto Nuzzo pointed out in a video on Rumble (link in the sources), as many as 35 states are trying to curb geoengineering experiments.
But the HAARP station, funded by the US federal government’s National Science Foundation, is moving forward and has already announced its PARS project for August. We’ve repeatedly discussed this project because these research experiments, both in 2025 and 2024, led to serious climate disasters.

The summer school provides faculty, graduate, and advanced undergraduate students with exposure to the National Science Foundation (NSF) Subauroral Geophysical Observatory (SAGO) for Space Physics and Radio Science and the HAARP research site in Gakona, Alask» we read in the announcement addressed mainly to students of the US Air Force Academy.
«The summer school’s goal is to provide student and advisor mentor pairs an opportunity to study the upper atmosphere and ionosphere at polar latitudes, with practical experience built into the learning process. The first week will be spent in the Fairbanks area with lectures and tours of space physics research sites, then relocating to HAARP to run active experiments and brief initial results. Students will be trained in the theory and concepts of ionospheric heating, with an introduction to Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI) experiment design, diagnostics, and analysis. All students will have the opportunity to dialogue one-on-one with experienced scientists from multiple U.S. academic institutions» University of Alaska Fairbanks pointed out in the official statement just published on its website.
Amid these “serious, precise, and consistent” indications of the possible correlation between geoengineering and climate disasters, the only one who seems unaware of them is President Donald Trump, who appears to have the same attitude toward science as he has toward the dangerous Covid vaccines.
