Trump says US will block Strait of Hormuz, IRGC threatens attacks on Military Vessels
President Donald Trump says the United States Navy will begin blockading the Strait of Hormuz “immediately” after peace talks between the US and Iran in Pakistan ended without an agreement.
Trump, in a social media post on Sunday, accused Iran of “extortion” and said the US Navy would also hunt down and interdict ships in international waters that have paid Iran a toll to traverse the strait and begin clearing mines that he says Iran placed in the strait.
“So, there you have it, the meeting went well, most points were agreed to, but the only point that really mattered, NUCLEAR, was not,” Trump said.
“Effective immediately, the United States Navy, the Finest in the World, will begin the process of BLOCKADING any and all Ships trying to enter, or leave, the Strait of Hormuz.”
Iran has essentially taken control over the Strait of Hormuz, a vital chokepoint for the global energy market, since the US and Israel launched a war on Iran on February 28.
Iran’s Revolutionary Guards warned on Sunday that civilian vessels can cross the strait in compliance with “specific regulations”, but that military vessels approaching the strait would be considered in violation of the ceasefire and “dealt with severely”.
VIDEO and RADIO Audio – How IRGC Navy Repelled US Destroyers from Entry in the Strait of Hormuz
The IRGC is not joking: Iran was ready to sink two destroyers trying to pass through the Strait of Hormuz
Yesterday, during negotiations, the US Navy destroyers USS Michael Murphy and USS Frank E. Petersen Jr. tried to pass through the Strait of Hormuz, but did not dare.
“When the two destroyers and their accompanying fleet reached the entrance to the Persian Gulf, Iranian cruise missiles targeted them, and the destroyers were given only 30 minutes to turn back. The ships immediately retreated.” the Iranian army reports.
In confirmation, the IRGC publishes a video with the “latest Iranian warning.” An illustrative master class on how to talk to an arrogant Washington. No “deep concerns” or red lines with a marker pen.
Domicide: new Kind of War Crimes in Lebanon: ‘Israel’ demolishes entire Villages
The Israeli occupation has demolished entire villages in southern Lebanon as part of its ongoing border offensive, using remotely triggered explosives to level homes in mass detonations that have left residents describing their communities as erased.
Videos reviewed by The Guardian show Israeli forces carrying out controlled explosions in the villages of al-Taybeh, Naqoura, and Deir Seryan along the Lebanon-Palestinian border. Lebanese media have reported additional detonations in nearby border towns, though satellite verification was not always available.
The destruction followed statements by “Israel’s” War Minister, Israel Katz, who called for the demolition of “all houses” in border villages, referencing what he described as the “model used in Rafah and Beit Hanoun in Gaza” to prevent threats to northern “Israel”. In Gaza, Israeli operations have previously destroyed an estimated 90% of homes in Rafah.
«Human Rights groups and legal experts have described the tactic as part of a broader pattern of “domicide”, the systematic destruction of civilian housing that renders entire areas uninhabitable» Al Mayadeen Lebanese TV wrote.
1.1 million people, including 390,000 children, forced out of their homes by relentless bombardment. Towns and villages flattened. Infrastructures destroyed. Innocent civilians killed. There is no justification for this.
Netanyahu Puppet detonated in a Spain square amid Standing ovation
️ Netanyahu effigy detonated in Spain. In the city of El Burgo, Spain, locals installed a doll depicting the Israeli prime minister, packed with 13.9 kilograms of explosives.
It was demonstratively detonated in front of the assembled residents and tourists.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry protested to the Spanish Embassy, calling the action “horrific anti-Semitic hatred.
Perhaps instead of protesting, Prime Minister Netanyahu should voluntarily hand himself over to the International Criminal Court in The Hague, which has issued an arrest warrant for his war crimes, so that he can be protected from justice and avoid being reached first by one of the many millions of citizens around the world who would like him dead…
Vance admits failure in Islamabad: “Iran rejected our conditions”
JD Vance’s diplomatic mission to Pakistan ended on a note of profound bitterness. Speaking from Islamabad shortly before returning to the United States, the US vice president officially confirmed the failure of negotiations with Tehran, making no secret of his disappointment at an outcome that prolongs the uncertainty in the region.
“We are returning home without having reached an agreement,”
Vance began, underscoring the firmness of the American position during the 21-hour meeting. The vice president explained that the US delegation had clearly delineated its “red lines”—particularly regarding the nuclear program and the security of the Strait of Hormuz—clearly distinguishing between the points on which Washington was willing to mediate and those considered non-negotiable.
“We did so as clearly as possible,” Vance added, pointing the finger at his counterpart: “They chose not to accept our conditions.” The failure to meet American demands for guarantees and Iranian demands (which included war reparations and the immediate lifting of sanctions) brings the conflict back to an extremely critical stage.
Tehran’s spokesman lists the key issues: from the Strait of Hormuz to war reparations, defending national interests by all means.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei reviewed the issues addressed during the intense diplomatic marathon in Islamabad.
Over the past 24 hours, discussions have focused on the fundamental pillars of the conflict and regional stability, touching on extremely sensitive issues: security in the Strait of Hormuz, the nuclear program, the demand for war reparations, the lifting of economic sanctions, and the definitive cessation of hostilities in Iran and the entire region.
Despite the complexity of the negotiations, Baqaei reiterated Tehran’s firm position: the country is “determined to use all means,” explicitly citing diplomacy as the primary, but not exclusive, tool to “protect and safeguard national interests.” The spokesperson’s words confirm that, although the dialogue remains open, Iran is not willing to give up on points deemed vital to its sovereignty and security.

Al Mayadeen Interview: “Professor Marandi: No trust in the US, only actions matter”
Professor Mohammad Marandi has expressed to Al Mayadeen that no positive results can be expected so far from the ongoing talks between Iran and the US in Islamabad, citing what he described as “exaggerated” US demands and emphasizing that Lebanon remains a fundamental issue.
Marandi, who is accompanying the Iranian delegation, stated that no agreement will be reached if Washington ignores the rights of Iran, Palestine, Lebanon, and the resistance front.
He stressed that Tehran insists on a ceasefire in Lebanon and the withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces (IOF) from southern Lebanon.
Marandi added that Iran is not dependent on reaching a deal and is prepared to return without an agreement, emphasizing that Tehran’s participation demonstrates its willingness to give diplomacy a chance.
Marandi warned that negotiations could collapse at any moment, pointing to the role of Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in potentially influencing US positions.
“We don’t trust the United States, and we are also being very busy preparing ourselves for the next round of war.”
IRGC Navy warns military vessels of ‘firm response’ to attempts at crossing Strait of Hormuz
The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC)’s Navy has warned military vessels of a “firm response” to their potential attempts at passing through the Strait of Hormuz, as reported by Press TV
The Navy delivered the warning in a statement on Saturday, asserting that it “exercises full, intelligent control” over the strategic waterway. “Permission to transit, in accordance with specific regulations, is granted exclusively to non-military vessels,” it noted.
The Navy categorically rejected reports claiming passage of American vessels through the strait, and reiterated that any such attempt would be met with “a decisive and forceful response.”
Spokesman of the Khatam Al-Anbiya Central Headquarters refutes CENTCOM’s claims that American vessels have crossed the Strait of Hormuz, stressing that permission of passage of any vessel through the strait lies in the hands of the Iranian Armed Forces.
Iran shut the strait down to adversaries and their allies after the United States and the Israeli regime launched their latest wave of unprovoked aggression towards the Islamic Republic.
Each year, the waterway hosts 20 percent of the world’s liquefied natural gas (LNG) transit and 25 percent of seaborne oil trade.Closing it sent shockwaves throughout global energy markets, including in the United States, where gas prices skyrocketed and prompted nationwide resentment at the ruling administration.
On Tuesday, amid the Islamic Republic’s strict implementation of the restriction and its successive waves of retaliatory strikes against American and Israeli targets throughout the region, US President Donald Trump announced agreeing to a two-week lull in American attacks targeting the country.

Iran denies US Warship crossed Hormuz, calls claims fabricated by White House
A senior Iranian political-security source told Al Mayadeen that the United States failed in its attempt to cross the Strait of Hormuz, dismissing reports of achievements as the fabrication of facts meant to promote an illusory victory in the media.
The source absolutely denied claims about the US vessel crossing the Strait, telling Al Mayadeen that media outlets close to the White House are reporting on false information amid another field setback.
They added that the alleged vessel was a small boat that made a strenuous attempt to pass through the Strait of Hormuz, adding that it was fully surrounded and given a firm warning by Iranian forces, forcing the US vessel to retreat and change course.

Satanic Zionist Netanyahu’s ongoing Genocide to Break Iran-US Truce Talks
Analysis by Fabio G.C. Carisio – Gospa News International founder and director
But Netanyahu is aiming to derail the summit ahead of his meeting with Lebanon on Tuesday in an attempt to convince it to split the truce agreements in two: one between Iran and the US and the other between Israel and Lebanon.
To achieve this goal, they bombed northern Lebanon today, causing further deaths, adding to the dozens killed yesterday and the hundreds killed in the massacre in Beirut on April 8, just hours after the truce agreement between the US and Iran.
The details and videos are provided by the Lebanese newspaper Al Manar, which we quote below.
Dozens Martyred as Israeli Airstrikes Intensify across Southern Lebanon on Saturday – VIDEO
«Israeli airstrikes on southern Lebanon escalated sharply on Saturday, hitting multiple towns and residential areas across the Nabatieh district and beyond, leaving dozens martyred and causing extensive destruction to homes, infrastructure, and civilian facilities» has reported Al Manar.
The attack of Israeli Air Force (IAF) killed at least 31 people: 18 civilians (adding to the 7 people murdered yesterday) and 13 security servicemen.
Israeli warplanes launched a series of raids beginning at dawn, including a strike on a residential building in Mayfadoun that leveled the structure and reportedly killed three people. Additional airstrikes targeted the town of Toul, where several residential buildings were destroyed.
In Jebshit, an airstrike hit a private electricity generator facility, destroying it and sparking a large fire. The town was struck again later in the day after two earlier dawn raids.
«Lebanon’s Ministry of Health confirmed the martyrdom of eight people and the injury of nine others in a massacre carried out by Israeli forces, which targeted a vehicle in the town of Tefahta in the Sidon district» adds Al Mayadeen Lebanese TV.
Israeli airstrikes on southern Lebanon also targeted paramedics, as the occupation targeted a point of the Islamic Health Authority in the town of Majadel.

Airstrikes also pounded the Al-Rahbet neighborhood in Nabatieh city, while nearby towns including Kfar Rumman, Kfar Sir, and Zifta came under repeated bombardment.
In Kfarsir, three consecutive strikes reportedly killed three people. Another raid on a residential building along the Zifta–Nabatieh highway, opposite a gas station, destroyed the structure and killed four civilians.
In Jbaa, in the Iqlim Al-Tuffah region, a missile fired by an Israeli warplane failed to detonate, a day after seven people were martyred by an Israeli strike on a local car wash facility.
in the VIDEO below:
1st footage – More images of the destruction caused by the Israeli bombing of power generators in the city.
2nd footage – an Israeli airstrike near Tebnine Governmental Hospital in southern Lebanon
Further south, a civilian was martyred in an airstrike on Qsaibeh, while Israeli warplanes struck the outskirts of Qantara, Adshit, Qusayr, and Khiam.
In Tibnine, two Israeli strikes were reported, one near the town’s cemetery, while the second hit near Tibnine Governmental Hospital.
Overnight, airstrikes hit Khiam, while shortly after midnight, an Israeli Merkava tank shelled the town of Mansouri, south of Tyre. Israeli aircraft were also reported flying over the Bekaa Valley.
In a separate development, Lebanon’s General Directorate of State Security announcedmartyrdom of 13 of its personnel in an earlier strike targeting the Nabatieh Serial.
Lebanon (video): Doctors had to remove Symbols from the Roofs of Ambulances to Avoid Israeli strikes
Steve Sweeney, head of the RT bureau in Lebanon, told Tucker Carlson about this in an interview.
“A rare day is passing now without reports that a medical worker has been hit.… Medical facilities must be protected by international law, and, of course, deliberate attacks on them are a war crime,” Sweeney stressed.
Earlier, 12 medical workers were killed in an Israeli strike on a medical center in Lebanon. In addition, the IDF attacked the building of the health department, and also hit a civil defense point in the south of the country.
An ambulance was destroyed within killing of 4 people by Zionist regime Army a few hours after the truce between Iran and US as Gospa News International has reported.

Iranian delegation arrives in Pakistan for ‘make or break’ talks with US
The Iranian delegation, headed by Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, has arrived in Pakistan’s capital, Islamabad, ahead of ceasefire negotiations with the US, Fars News Agency reports.
Fars reports that Iran’s delegation security, political, military, economic, and legal committees, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, and Ali Akbar Ahmadian, representative of Iran’s Leader in the Supreme National Security Council, are also accompanying Ghalibaf.
Iranian delegation led by Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf arrives in Islamabad for ceasefire talks with the American side.
According to Fars, negotiations are contingent on Washington accepting Iran’s preconditions before formal discussions can begin, underscoring Tehran’s position that prior commitments must be addressed before advancing toward a ceasefire agreement.
The broader ceasefire framework remains fragile, particularly due to “Israel’s” violating the ceasefire in its aggression on Lebanon.
Ghalibaf has repeatedly emphasized that a ceasefire in Lebanon and the release of frozen Iranian assets are essential steps that must precede negotiations, while ongoing violations by the US and “Israel” continue to complicate diplomatic efforts.
“Israel” separated itself shortly after the announcement of the ceasefire, with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office stating that Lebanon was not a part of the deal.
However, according to diplomatic sources speaking with CBS News, US President Donald Trump was informed that the ceasefire framework applied to the broader West Asia, and he reportedly agreed that this would include Lebanon.
US position reportedly changed in worse following a call between Trump and Netanyahu,
A White House official also told CBS News that “Israel” agreed to the terms of the deal, further reinforcing the initial understanding that the ceasefire extended to Lebanon.
Despite the confirmations, the US position reportedly changed following a call between Trump and Netanyahu, raising questions surrounding the consistency and independence of US decision-making in the negotiation process.
The sources also added that the abrupt shifts in Washington’s position made diplomacy increasingly unstable and difficult to manage.

Iran: “Ceasefire in Lebanon and Freezing of Assets Before Any Negotiations”
The Iranian Parliament Speaker is calling for a ceasefire in Lebanon and the freezing of assets before any negotiations, AFP reports.
“Two of the measures mutually agreed upon by the parties have yet to be implemented: a ceasefire in Lebanon and the release of Iranian assets frozen before the start of negotiations. These two issues must be met before negotiations begin,”
Iranian Parliament Speaker MB Ghalibaf wrote on social media. He, along with Minister Araghchi, will lead the Iranian delegation to the talks with the US.
Lebanese Source: “Iran forced Israel to halt attacks on Beirut by threatening to withdraw from talks with US”
«Intense pressure and the threat to withdraw from talks with the United States in Islamabad from Tehran forced the Zionist regime to stop its military attacks on the Lebanese capital, Beirut, a high-ranking security source told Press TV on Friday».
This is what Press TV, an Iranian outlet close to the Tehran government, writes, confirming the issue already reported by the Lebanese TV Al Mayadeen (see update below now 1 PM)
The source hastened to add that the travel of an Iranian delegation to Islamabad was delayed a few times, specifically due to the continued Israeli aggression against Lebanon.
Through persistent insistence and a credible threat to walk out of the talks, Iran forced the United States to compel the Zionist regime to halt its strikes on Beirut, the source added.
He further emphasized that the continuation of negotiations is also contingent on the Zionist regime refraining from attacking Beirut and its southern suburb of Dahieh.
Gospa News editorial staff invites us to wait for the next few hours to see if this glimmer of hope for the continuation of a fragile ceasefire will be confirmed by the renunciation of attacks by the Israeli Zionist regime, known for betraying every truce commitment as it has already done in Gaza, the West Bank and Lebanon hundreds of times.

Exclusive: Iran rejects Talks amid ongoing war on Lebanon – VIDEO
«Iranian sources have denied reports of a negotiating delegation arriving in Islamabad, stressing that no talks will take place as long as the war on Lebanon continues, while warning of a potential collapse in ceasefire efforts»Al Mayadeen Lebanese TV has just reported in esclusive confirming the indiscretions reported early this morning by Gospa News International and taken from the Iranian agencies Tansim (close to the IRGC) and FARS (read below update 7 AM).
The United States and Iran agreed to a two‑week ceasefire on April 7 after intensive mediation led by Pakistani PM Mohammad Shahbaz Sharif and military officials, marking a diplomatic breakthrough following weeks of war.
On April 8, Islamabad publicly announced that the ceasefire agreed between Washington and Tehran would apply “everywhere”, including Lebanon, and invited US and Iranian delegations to further negotiations scheduled for April 10 in Pakistan. Also on April 8, Pakistan warned that continued hostilities, such as Israeli strikes on Lebanon, risked undermining the ceasefire and the broader peace process between the United States and Iran.
According to diplomatic sources cited by CBS News, US President Donald Trump was informed that the ceasefire would include Lebanon, and White House officials reported that “Israel” agreed. The US position reportedly shifted following a phone call between President Trump and Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who proclaimed the ceasefire did not include Lebanon.
Sources told Al Mayadeen that claims regarding the arrival of an Iranian negotiating delegation in the Pakistani capital are false, detailing how mediating nations, including Pakistan, have been informed that Tehran will not engage in any negotiations while Israeli attacks on Lebanon persist.
The sources further warned that the United States has only a limited window to restrain “Israel”, otherwise, ongoing ceasefire efforts will collapse.

Trump asked Netanyahu to reduce strikes on Lebanon
Trump asked Netanyahu to reduce the number of strikes on Lebanon, writes NBC News. The US president called the Israeli prime Minister to promote the success of negotiations with Iran, a source in the US administration told the TV channel.
It is reported that Tel Aviv agreed in response and promised to “be a useful partner.” Netanyahu said he had already instructed the start of direct negotiations with Lebanon.
Instead Tehran has made it unequivocally clear that any negotiations over a ceasefire in the region are contingent on Lebanon being included in the deal, Fars News Agency reported, citing an informed source.
According to the source, Iran views the situation in Lebanon and a halt to hostilities there as an absolute, non-negotiable condition for engaging in any new negotiation process.

After Israel’s heavy attack on Beirut, on the first day of the ceasefire agreed between the US and Iran, which resulted in more than 250 deaths and over 1,000 injuries (watch horrific videos and read details here), Benjamin Netanyahu’s Zionist regime is poised to launch another devastating attack against Lebanon and the truce, which it deems too favorable to Tehran.
But confirming the cowardice typical of Israeli war criminals, it is not attacking Iran directly, but is targeting the Lebanese population, which is not protected by an air force and a sophisticated anti-missile system like that of the IRGC.
The Israeli army has warned residents of Beirut’s southern suburbs, a longtime stronghold of the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah, of impending attacks and urged them to evacuate.
“The Israel Defense Forces continue to operate and target military infrastructure belonging to the terrorist organization Hezbollah in several areas of the southern suburbs. The IDF does not intend to harm you and acts only against Hezbollah militants and military targets. Therefore, for your safety, you must evacuate immediately,” said Avichay Adraee, the army’s Arabic-language spokesman.

Iranian delegation to arrive in Pakistan on Thursday for talks with US
An Iranian delegation will arrive in Islamabad this evening for talks with the US, Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Reza Amiri Moghadam reported.
“Despite the skepticism of the Iranian public opinion due to the repeated ceasefire violations by the Israeli regime to sabotage the diplomatic initiative, invited by [Pakistani] Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the Iranian delegation arrives tonight in Islamabad for serious talks based on the 10 points proposed by Iran,” the diplomat wrote on his X page.
Iran says Hormuz closed as fragile truce holds ahead of US talks
The Strait of Hormuz has been fully closed, forcing oil tankers to turn back, Iran’s state-run Press TV reported on Wednesday, according to Iran International.
Vice President JD Vance said Tehran’s negotiators thought the US-Iran ceasefire agreed on Tuesday included Lebanon, but Washington had in fact not agreed to that.
Iran’s parliamentary speaker said several key clauses of Tehran’s proposed framework for negotiations with the United States have already been violated, casting doubt on the basis for talks expected to begin in Pakistan.
The United States and Iran will hold talks in Pakistan on Saturday, the White House confirmed.
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Air Force General Dan Caine said the ceasefire with Iran was only a temporary halt and forces remained ready to resume operations
3 key clauses of ceasefire breached before talks even began: Ghalibaf
Iran’s Parliament Speaker, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, has strongly criticized the violations of the Islamic Republic’s 10-point proposal, also known as the Agreed Framework, even before negotiations have formally begun.
In a statement, Ghalibaf emphasized the historical mistrust Tehran holds toward the United States, noting that it “stems from its repeated violations of all forms of commitments, a pattern that has regrettably been repeated once again.”
He highlighted that the proposal, which the US president has called a “workable basis on which to negotiate,” has already been breached in three significant areas:
Ceasefire in Lebanon – The first clause of the proposal, which Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif of Pakistan also explicitly referenced, calls for “an immediate ceasefire everywhere, including Lebanon and other regions, effective immediately.” Ghalibaf noted this commitment has not been honored.
Violation of Iranian Airspace – An intruding drone entered Iranian airspace and was subsequently destroyed in Lar, Fars Province, in direct contravention of the clause prohibiting such violations.
Right to Nuclear Enrichment – Iran’s entitlement to enrichment, included in the sixth clause of the framework, has been denied.
Ghalibaf stressed that these breaches have undermined the very foundation of the proposed negotiations, stating, “Now, the very ‘workable basis on which to negotiate’ has been openly and clearly violated, even before the negotiations began.”
He concluded that, under the current circumstances, a bilateral ceasefire or negotiations would be “unreasonable”.

Ceasefire for all or for none: Iran shuts Hormuz over Lebanon attacks
Israel has bombed locations across Lebanon, including the capital Beirut, in devastating attacks that authorities say has killed at least 89 people and wounded over 700.
In response to recent Israeli attacks on Lebanon, Iranian officials are calling for decisive measures to counter the aggression in support of Lebanon and its people, warning that the Strait of Hormuz could be closed again until the attacks on Lebanon stop, according to Al Mayadeen Lebanese TV.
Ibrahim Rezaei, spokesperson for the Iranian Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, said in a post on X: “In response to the brutal Israeli aggression on Lebanon, the movement of ships in the Strait of Hormuz must be immediately stopped, and a strong, decisive strike must be launched to prevent further attacks by the Israeli entity.”
Dozens of people are believed to have been killed and hundreds injured in Israel’s major attack on Beirut today, the first day of a ceasefire in Iran agreed overnight. Crowded shopping areas and residential neighborhoods were attacked, sparking panic among residents.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) called today’s attack “the largest coordinated attack” on Lebanon in 2026, explaining that it targeted 100 targets, including missile launchers, command centers, and intelligence infrastructure. It also accused Hezbollah of using civilians as human shields.
Just a couple of hours after a ceasefire deal was reached, “Israel’s” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced Wednesday that his government supports the US decision to suspend strikes on Iran for two weeks, but immediately breached the agreement by declaring it does not extend to Lebanon.
The Israeli regime has already violated the ceasefire before the ink had dried, targeting an ambulance in southern Lebanon alongside bombing several towns in the South.
Netanyahu: “Israel supports the truce but does not include Lebanon”
“Israel supports President Trump’s decision to suspend attacks against Iran for two weeks, provided that Iran immediately opens the Straits and ceases all attacks against the United States, Israel, and countries in the region.”
This was stated by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office in the first official statement on the US-Iran ceasefire.
“Israel also supports America’s commitment to ensuring that Iran no longer poses a nuclear, missile, and terrorist threat to the United States, Israel, Iran’s Arab neighbors, and the entire world. The United States has informed Israel of its commitment to achieving these goals, shared by the United States, Israel, and Israel’s regional allies, in the upcoming negotiations. The two-week ceasefire does not include Lebanon.”
It is therefore obvious that Iran will continue to support the defensive military actions of Hezbollah’s armed wing, the Party of God, a duly elected political component of the Lebanese National Assembly.
Israel to continue strikes on Iran, operations against Hezbollah — The Times of Israel
The Israeli Air Force continues to deliver strikes on Iran despite a ceasefire announcement, The Times of Israel wrote, citing an unnamed security official, as reported by authoritative source such as TASS Russian News Agency.
Additionally, there are no signs that Israel is stopping its operations against Lebanon’s Hezbollah movement, although Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced that the ceasefire is “effective immediately,” including “Lebanon and elsewhere.”
At the same time, The Times of Israel said the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) made at least two announcements about missile launches from Iran “since the ceasefire was reportedly supposed to take effect.”

Press TV Exclusive: US suffered major strategic defeat in failed Isfahan operation
Information obtained by Press TV regarding the recent operation by the US-Israeli coalition in the central Isfahan province reveals a major strategic defeat for the enemy.
US President Donald Trump’s frantic threats in the past few days to target Iran’s civilian infrastructure, including power plants and bridges, are a direct consequence of the heavy defeat suffered by the US forces in the Isfahan operation.
The failed raid was carried out after the enemy conducted extensive aerial reconnaissance operations in the days leading up to the attack, according to the exclusive information.
During those initial infiltration and reconnaissance missions, the US and possibly the Zionist regime lost a significant number of aircraft, including at least one A-10 Thunderbolt II and two Black Hawk helicopters.
It has now become clear that this operation had no connection to the claimed rescue of a downed F-15 fighter pilot, a narrative initially pushed by American officials.
Instead, evidence examined and confirmed by Press TV indicates that the real objective was to infiltrate and attack one of Iran’s nuclear facilities in Isfahan.
The landing site for C-130 transport aircraft, chosen based on previous reconnaissance, was an abandoned airstrip located dangerously close to one of these nuclear sites.
Conservative commentator Tucker Carlson has publicly urged the US military and Pentagon officials to actively defy US President Donald Trump and refuse orders if he attempts to launch nuclear weapons against Iran.
In a The Tucker Carlson Show episode released on April 7, Carlson warned that the administration is “completely out of control” and that the logic of escalation in the US-Israeli war on Iran is leading toward an unimaginable catastrophe.
US denies nuclear plan as deadline on threat to Iran ‘civilisation’ looms
The White House has denied that it has any plans to use nuclear weapons against Iran as a deadline imposed by President Donald Trump for Tehran to make a deal or face a massive onslaught looms.
Too dangerous: Russia evacuates employees from Bushehr NPP
During the conflict in the Middle East, the American-Israeli coalition carried out several strikes on the city of Bushehr, there are hits on the territory of the nuclear power plant. Due to the deteriorating situation, it was decided to evacuate Russian employees, and on April 6 175 people were taken through the corridor in Armenia.
They took a special flight from Yerevan to Moscow. The Russian Diplomatic Mission thanked its Armenian colleagues for the prompt registration of the entry of Rosatom employees. Since the beginning of the conflict in the Middle East, 509 Russian citizens have returned to their homeland through Armenia.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry expressed regret over the actions of the United States and Israel.:
“Of particular concern are the increasing reckless attacks on the Bushehr nuclear power plant, which have resulted in human casualties. The shadow of a radiological catastrophe, more devastating than Chernobyl, hangs over the Persian Gulf region and the adjacent part of Eurasia.“

Bombs in Tehran, Synagogue also Hit
Columns of smoke rise into the sky as a result of the US and Israeli strikes on Tehran
A US or Israeli airstrike also leveled a synagogue in central Tehran, according to the semi-official Mehr news agency.
The building was destroyed during an intensification of airstrikes on the Iranian capital, which in recent weeks have hit urban areas, causing damage to civilian infrastructure and several casualties.
The Iranian Red Crescent (IRCS) reports that “relief and rescue” operations are underway in the capital following a US and Israeli airstrike.
In a post on X, the IRCS explains that another residential area was “targeted” by the latest attack. A video also published on X shows rescuers working among the rubble of collapsed buildings and assisting the injured.

Iran offered 10-point proposal to end war with US and Israel – NYT
The New York Times has reported details of what it says is a 10-point Iranian proposal aimed at ending the war, which includes a fee to pass the Strait of Hormuz and ending Israeli attacks on Hezbollah.
The plan was reportedly conveyed through Pakistan, which has been acting as a key intermediary in the conflict, but appeared unlikely to resolve major issues ahead of President Donald Trump’s Tuesday evening deadline for new attacks on Iran.
Two senior Iranian officials, speaking anonymously to discuss the sensitive negotiations, said the proposal includes guarantees that Iran would not face further attacks, an end to Israeli strikes against Hezbollah in Lebanon and the lifting of all sanctions on Tehran.
In return, Iran would lift its de facto blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, the vital shipping route through which a large share of global oil supplies passes.
Under the proposal, Iran would also impose a fee of roughly $2 million per ship transiting the strait, splitting the proceeds with Oman, which sits across the waterway.
Tehran would use its share of the funds to rebuild infrastructure damaged in US and Israeli strikes, rather than seek direct compensation, according to the plan.

Iran rejects US-proposed ceasefire saying it’s ‘just a pause before renewed crimes’
Iran has REJECTED the latest ceasefire proposal, emphasizing the necessity of a permanent end to the war with the United States and Israel.
“Iran’s also suggesting 10 different clauses: an end to the conflict in the region, safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz, and the lifting of sanctions in addition to reconstruction.”
Iran rejects the US’s self-proclaimed proposals for a ceasefire, warning that any pauses resulting from such a ceasefire would only allow adversaries to regroup and commit further crimes against the Iranian nation, according to Press TV.
At a press conference on Monday, spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry Esmaeil Baghaei addressed various proposals, including a 15-point American one supposedly aimed at ending Washington’s February 28-present unprovoked aggression towards the Islamic Republic, which have been conveyed to Tehran via intermediaries.
Among other things, the proposal reportedly asks Iran to forgo its peaceful nuclear activities, limit its defensive missile program, and reopen the strategic Strait of Hormuz that it has closed to enemies and their allies in retaliation.
Iran has categorically rejected the first two provisions. It has also asserted that it would not settle for the enemies’ self-described, unilateral, and unguaranteed “ceasefire” pledges, stressing that it pursues a conclusive end to any aggression targeting the country.
Additionally, the Islamic Republic has demanded compensation for the extensive damage that the aggressors have inflicted upon the country’s various infrastructural facilities.
Iran threatens Bab al-Mandeb closure
«A top adviser to Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei has threatened that Iranian allies could shut the Bab al-Mandeb shipping route as Tehran has effectively done with the Strait of Hormuz»Al Jazeera TV has reported.
The Bab-al-Mandeb connects the Red Sea to the Gulf of Aden and is a crucial waterway for global oil trade. Its importance has increased since Iran’s effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz – through which 20 percent of the world’s oil and gas is shipped in peacetime.
Ali Akbar Velayati, a former Iranian foreign minister and veteran diplomat known for his influence within the establishment, warned on Sunday on X that “the unified command of the Resistance front views Bab al-Mandeb as it does Hormuz”.
“If the White House dares to repeat its foolish mistakes, it will soon realize that the flow of global energy and trade can be disrupted with a single move,” Velayati wrote. Iran’s state-owned Press TV subsequently confirmed his warning.

US-Israeli attacks intensify, killing 34, as Iran rejects Hormuz deadline
US-Israeli attacks have killed at least 34 people across Iran, including at least six children.
Iran warns of retaliatory attacks after US President Donald Trump sets a Tuesday deadline for Tehran to open the Strait of Hormuz or face raids on its power plants and bridges.
US-Israeli strikes targeted the Iranian cities of Tehran and Qom early Monday, killing at least 18 civilians and striking a gas facility, according to local officials, as reported by Al Mayadeen Lebanese TV.
The attacks hit residential areas, a university, and critical energy infrastructure, in a continued escalation of US-Israeli aggression against Iran.
A security official in the capital confirmed that 13 people were killed in a preliminary toll after two residential buildings were targeted in the Baharestan area, southwest of Tehran. Rescue operations are still ongoing as emergency teams attempt to save those trapped under the rubble.
In Qom, another security official reported that five civilians were killed and several others injured after strikes hit a densely populated residential neighborhood at dawn.

President of Sharif University of Technology in Tehran, Masoud Tegrishi, said, “The US-Israeli aggression launched a raid this morning on one of the university’s buildings, and unfortunately, it sustained damage. This attack did not result in any human casualties.”
In a post on X, the First Vice President of Iran, Mohammad Reza Aref, said, “The use of bunker-busting bombs in the attack on Sharif University is a symbol of Donald Trump’s madness and ignorance.
“Trump does not realize that Iran’s knowledge is not concrete to be destroyed by bombs; the true fortress is the will of our professors and our intellectual elite,” he added.
IRGC Navy pounds key US-Israeli targets in wave 97 of Operation True Promise 4
The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has announced that its naval forces conducted a large-scale combined missile-and-drone operation against pivotal American and Zionist targets.
Among the key targets was a hideout used by American commanders and officers at a location near the Mohammad al-Ahmad naval base in Kuwait. The site was obliterated by precision strikes using multiple ballistic missiles and attack drones, the IRGC said.
The attack, which follows Saturday’s strike on a US command centre and training facility in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has so far killed or injured 25.

Trump’s ultimatum to Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz expires Tuesday evening
In the image above Trump is crying beside a Black Hawk US Helicopter downing by IRGC
US President Donald Trump said Tuesday evening is the deadline for Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, or face attacks on critical infrastructure, according to an interview with the Wall Street Journal published Sunday.
“If they don’t do something by Tuesday evening, they’ll have no power plants left, and they’ll have no bridges left standing,” Trump told the Journal. In a social media post published Sunday morning, Trump said Iran would face infrastructure attacks if it didn’t open the Strait by Tuesday.
Two days ago he had given Monday as the last day, is he perhaps afraid of unleashing the final attack for fear that Iranmight annihilate all American industrial and military activity in the Persian Gulf and perhaps sink the aircraft carrier USS Abtahm Lincoln which has been lightly hit several times???
Oman, Iran open diplomatic talks to restore Strait of Hormuz transit
Oman and Iran are reportedly holding a meeting to examine options to ensure smooth flow of transit for ships, through the Strait of Hormuz.
Iran and Oman share that critical waterway, but Iran has been asserting control over it, since the war started. The few ships that Tehran has allowed to pass through the Strait have been forced to cross closer to Iran’s coast.
Iraq has been already exempted from restrictions imposed on passage through the Strait of Hormuz, according to a statement by the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters of the Iranian Armed Forces.
“Brotherly Iraq has been exempted from the restrictions imposed in relation to the Strait of Hormuz,” Iran’s Al Alam TV channel quoted the statement as saying. The headquarters stressed that “the restrictions apply only to hostile countries.”.
Iran’s Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) has begun imposing a formal toll system on vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz, charging fees in Chinese yuan and requiring ships to fly the flags of “friendly” nations to avoid attack, Bloomberg reported, citing shipping industry sources and government officials.
The burgeoning system requires ship operators to contact an IRGC-linked intermediary to provide sensitive data, including ownership details, crew lists, and Automated Identification System (AIS) data. Following a security screening to ensure no links to Israel or the United States, fees are negotiated based on a five-tier classification of the vessel’s flag state, with tankers typically charged approximately $1 per barrel of oil.
Iran urges world to prevent ‘atrocious acts’ after Trump threats
«On this most sacred day of the Christian faith, a US president who claims to be a Christian issues a threat to a nation of 94 million people, including over 500,000, Christians—threatening to commit war crimes (pursuant to Geneva Convention) against their civilian infrastructure» John Leake has written on his Substack.
The Iranian mission to the UN has condemned Trump’s latest remarks, saying the US president is threatening “to destroy infrastructure essential to civilian survival” in the country, Al Jazeera wrote.
“If the conscience of the United Nations were alive, it would not remain silent in the face of the overt and shameless threat by the war-mongering President of the United States to target civilian infrastructure. Trump seeks to drag the region into an endless war,” the mission said on X.
“This is direct and public incitement to terrorise civilians and clear evidence of intent to commit [a] war crime,” it said.
“The international community and all States have legal obligations to prevent such atrocious acts of war crimes. They must act now. Tomorrow is too late.”
US President Donald Trump has renewed his threat to unleash “hell” on Iran if it continues to keep Strait of Hormuz closed, saying Washington will destroy Iranian power plants and bridges.
IRGC vows harsher retaliation if US, Israel strike more civilian infrastructure
The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has warned that any further attacks by the United States and Israel against Iran’s civilian infrastructure would trigger even more forceful retaliatory attacks on enemy targets, Press Tv has reported.
The IRGC’s Public Relations Department said in a Sunday statement that the IRGC Navy and Aerospace Force “set fire” to enemy targets in the UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait during the 96th wave of Operation True Promise 4 on Sunday morning.
China’s foreign minister says ceasefire critical to reopening Hormuz
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi says “the fundamental way to resolve navigation issues” in the Strait of Hormuz is to reach a ceasefire.

US rescues second pilot downed in Iran, Trump confirms
The United States has rescued the second crew member of a US F-15 jet shot down, President Donald Trump confirms, as Iran claims another US aircraft involved in the rescue has been downed in the province of Isfahan.
“This brave Warrior was behind enemy lines in the treacherous mountains of Iran, being hunted down by our enemies,” Trump posted on his social media platform Truth Social on Sunday. “He sustained injuries, but he will be just fine.”
The airman, who Trump said held the rank of colonel, was the second member of a two-person crew of an F-15 that Iran said on Friday had been brought down by its air defences.
Iranian Command Says US Pilot Rescue Mission Fails, 2 Helicopters Shot Down
But the Pasdaran press office denies the rescue and speaks of “a trap set for the enemy American plane that had entered Iran to rescue the pilot,” about which Iranian TV station IRIB had also broadcast an announcement “addressed to the residents of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad: capture the enemy pilot or pilots and hand them over alive to the authorities, to obtain a large reward.”
The US mission to rescue the pilot failed, with two Black Hawk helicopters and a C-130 support aircraft shot down, Ebrahim Zolfaghari, a spokesperson for the Khatam Al-Anbiya central headquarters of the Iranian military command, said on Sunday.

The general understands what he is talking about better than the “innovators” of the Pentagon, who are conducting a global purge of personnel and plan to turn the American army into an inhuman machine that destroys anything quickly and without reasoning.
The Pentagon has already requested 1.5 trillion dollars from Congress for 2027, which means an increase in the cost of the war by more than 40%. Grandpa Donald clearly decided to drain as much money as possible from the country’s budget, hiding behind the slogan of “America’s greatness.”

Search and Rescue Underway After Iran Downs U.S. Fighter Jet – VIDEO
Iran Strikes Second US Plane, A-10 Pilot Saved
Tensions are rising in the Persian Gulf following confirmation that the second US warplane that crashed on Friday was also shot down by Iranian forces. The Wall Street Journal reported this, confirming a previous claim by Tehran’s military leadership.
The aircraft involved is an A-10 Thunderbolt II, the famous single-seat ground attack jet known as the “Warthog.” According to sources familiar with the incident, the pilot managed to maneuver the twin-engine plane out of Iranian airspace before ejecting and escaping to safety. The wreckage of the jet, therefore, did not fall into enemy territory, unlike what happened in the first incident of the day.

Iran says it shot down US A-10 aircraft in Strait of Hormuz area
Iran says it shot down a US A-10 aircraft near the Strait of Hormuz, Tasnim news agency is reporting, according to Al Jazeera
Citing the army public relations team, the report said the aircraft was targeted in waters south of and around the strategic waterway.

This come after US media reports said a second US Air Force combat plane had crashed in the Gulf region on Friday.
The IRGC struck Israeli military centers in Western al-Jalil, Haifa, Kafr Kanna, and Krayot.
The IRGC stated that this latest wave of missile strikes was carried out jointly with the Islamic Resistance and involved a combination of long-range, guided missiles with both solid and liquid fuel, as well as one-way attack drones.
The operation, continuous and ongoing according to the IRGC, is dedicated to the memory of the late Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Hamas founder Sheikh Ahmad Yassin.
According to the IRGC, further information and assessments of the results will be shared with the public in due course.

US attempts to rescue pilots whose jets were shot down foiled – VIDEO
One of the two pilots of the American fighter jet downed in Iran has been recovered, CBS and the Jerusalem Post reported.
The F-15E is a two-man aircraft, and there is currently no news of the second pilot, who is believed to have ejected and parachuted to the ground. The rescue mission, according to CBS, is still ongoing, but Tehran media reports that the US helicopter involved in the search was hit by an Iranian projectile.
Iranian state television has reported that the country’s armed forces are calling on civilians to assist in capturing American pilots alive, offering a “valuable reward” for information or action leading to their capture.
The appeal follows reports by Iranian media that a US fighter jet was shot down earlier on Friday, prompting an attempted rescue operation that ultimately failed. A US official confirmed to Reuters that a US fighter jet was downed and search and rescue operations were underway for any survivors, without offering any other details. CENTCOM and the Pentagon did not respond to requests for comments.

The HC-130J can be seen preemptively deploying flares, apparently out of concern about coming into the sights of Iranian MANPADS.
According to Tasnim news agency, citing unnamed sources, the US military dispatched several helicopters alongside a transport aircraft in an effort to recover the pilots.

The operation reportedly involved Black Hawk helicopter units and a C-130 Hercules, which entered the area hours after the aircraft was downed.
Earlier today, Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps’ Aerospace Force hit and downed a United States F-15 fighter jet operating over central Iran, the spokesperson for Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, Lieutenant Colonel Ebrahim Zolfaghari, announced.
“Due to the severe explosion upon impact and crash, it is unlikely that the pilot was able to eject,” Zolfaghari said.
The Iranian news agency IRNA claims that the US Air Force’s search operation was unsuccessful, and fighting with Iranian forces ensued. Some Iranian media outlets report that one of the US helicopters was shot down during the clash.
Meanwhile, Iran’s private news agency Tasnim offers its own version of events. It reports that one of the UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters came under fire from Iranian air defense systems near the border and was forced to leave the operation zone.
According to the agency, the ejected American fighter pilot may have been captured by the IRGC.

The US accidentally revealed the location from where the bombers take off to strike Iran
«The United States accidentally revealed the location from where the bombers take off to strike Iran. CENTCOM published a photo of a B-52 Stratofortress bomber during refueling over Saudi Arabia, according to which an accurate geolocation was established — a point 240 km east of Riyadh and less than 400 km from the Iranian coast» News-Pravda has written.
Initially, it was believed that the United States had maximally distanced aviation from Iran and was using the B-52 exclusively as carriers of JASSM cruise missiles. However, the type of combat load in the published images refutes this hypothesis. Presumably, Mk-84 aerial bombs (910 kg each) with JDAM satellite guidance kits are suspended from the pylons of the aircraft.
Using guided bombs instead of cruise missiles means that B-52s can enter where the Iranian air defenses used to be. This indicates either a shortage of expensive cruise missiles, or the Pentagon’s confidence that the skies over Iran are already safe enough for the operation of this type of aircraft and the use of these munitions.
