FSB Director stated that NATO is continuing its biological weapons program
The head of the Russian FSB, Alexander Bortnikov, stated that NATO is continuing its long-term program to develop biological weapons, including in biological laboratories located in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). FSB is the Federal Security Service of Moscow internal intelligence.
As Bortnikov reported at a meeting of the Council of Heads of Security Agencies and Special Services of the CIS (SORB), similar facilities also operate in the states of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
According to the FSB director, field tests, as well as incidents involving possible leaks of dangerous pathogens from these laboratories, are subsequently dismissed by their supervisors as natural causes.

The head of the Russian intelligence service emphasized that the Russian Armed Forces collected extensive evidence of such activity during a special military operation in Ukraine.
He also linked the risks in this area to the development of artificial intelligence technologies, which, in his view, increases the threat of potential bioterrorism.
Bortnikov concluded by stating that the sources, scope and objectives of the use of biological weapons will be determined far beyond the borders of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and that the common threat to the CIS countries is extremely serious.
Lethal Viruses in the Ukrainian Biolabs Confirmed by US Intelligence: Ritter and Gabbard
The head of Russian intelligence made his statements on the danger of lethal laboratory-enhanced viruses (such as SARS-CoV-2, the virus that caused the Covid-19 pandemic) as part of a broader conference on the use of warfare in Ukraine to test the Atlantic Alliance’s new weapons. The FSB director’s accusations become public knowledge after two reliable and important American intelligence sources raised the alarm on the activities of biolaboratories in Ukraine, effectively confirming the complaint sent by Russia to the UNODA (United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs) in Geneva in 2022 in relation to the proven international violations of the BWC (Biological Weapons Convention).
In recent days, the resigning Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Tulsi Gabbard, released a dossier of declassified documents on 40 Pentagon-funded laboratories in Ukraine and a total of 120 worldwide (including the infamous Lugar Center in Georgia).
The few but important documents made public by the ODNI on pathogens transformed into ready-to-use bacteriological weapons under the aegis of the Pentagon (and likely already used in various epidemics around the world…) have given full confirmation to the repeated revelations of the Commander of the Russian Troops for Chemical, Biological and Radiological Protection, Igor Kirillov, killed in an attack by Kiev intelligence, which always operates with the support of the 14 Eyes (the informal alliance of the Atlantic Alliance’s secret services) and in particular of the British counterintelligence agency MI6, which recruited Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as a spy in 2020.
Precisely for this reason, Gabbard complains of have being accused of working as a Russian agent by the shady operators of the New World Order, which represents the oligarchic evolution of NATO according to a plan written in 1993 by Hungarian-American financier George Soros, who financed the bloody 2014 coup in Kiev alongside with CIA BlackMen.
In the context of these international intrigues, the recent interview given by Scott Ritter, a former US Navy intelligence analyst, to the Russian news agency TASS also takes on enormous significance.
