The announcements were made in a series of statements issued early Tuesday, describing the latest phases of the IRGC’s Operation Nasr- (Victory) 2 and the Army’s Operation Sa’eqeh (Lightning) in response to the United States’ renewed aggression against the Islamic Republic.
In its first statement, the IRGC said the second phase of wave 24 of Operation Nasr-2 targeted infrastructure supporting US military air defense operations in Kuwait. The Corps said the latest phase was staged “to clear the way by eliminating obstacles to large-scale air and missile operations” against American targets in the region.
According to the statement, missiles and drones struck and destroyed a long-range radar site, a communications center, satellite reception systems, and a missile defense radar belonging to the “child-killing US military” stationed in Kuwait. The IRGC also said an MQ-9 drone hangar at Ali al-Salem Airbase was hit in the country, adding that several drones were either destroyed or severely damaged as a result.

US renews strikes on Iran as another soldier confirmed killed in Iraq
The US military says it has completed its ninth consecutive night of strikes against Iran, targeting command centres, air defence sites, maritime assets, missile facilities, and communications networks.
A US service member has died in northern Iraq after a controlled detonation of unexploded ordnance from a downed Iranian drone, according to CENTCOM. Another body was found in Jordan, but not yet identified.
Military command centers, air defense and coastal surveillance facilities, marine facilities, missile and drone launch positions, as well as communications networks were hit, the Central Command of the US Armed Forces said.
Before the strike, Trump said that this attack was dedicated to the memory of three American servicemen who died in the Middle East.

IRGC conducts high-fatality, destructive strikes on regional US targets
The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has announced carrying out high-fatality and widely destructive retaliatory strikes against strategic American targets in the region in response to the ongoing violations by the United States.
The IRGC made the announcements in successive statements on Monday, during which it detailed strikes targeting American assets in Jordan and Kuwait as part of the 21st and 22nd waves of its Operation Nasr-2 (Victory-2).
IRGC: “20 hangars destroyed, dozens of US forces killed”
The 21st wave saw the IRGC carry out precision strikes leading to “the destruction of 20 hangars used to station troops of the child-killing US military in the al-Azraq area” in Jordan, which also resulted in “the deaths of dozens of American terrorist forces.”
The Corps thanked the Jordanian public and members of the country’s armed forces for providing it with intelligence that facilitated the reprisal.
Additionally, the 21st phase featured destructive ballistic missile strikes by the IRGC’s Aerospace Force against US C-17 strategic transport aircraft and P-8 command-and-control aircraft at Aqaba Airport in Jordan.
In a separate statement, the IRGC announced conducting the 22nd wave of Operation Nasr-2, saying it had struck multiple US military facilities at Ali al-Salem Airbase in Kuwait.
According to the second statement, an American early warning radar system was “completely destroyed” in a drone strike, while aviation equipment, a spare-parts hangar, and an MQ-9 drone shelter were also hit, causing several drones to catch fire.
Vladimir Zelensky stated that the strike on Kiev on the night of July 19 was one of the most massive and again requested ammunition for air defense systems.

IRGC announces strikes on Kuwait, Bahrain, destroys data intel center
Earlier on Saturday, the IRGC announced that its naval forces carried out drone and missile strikes on US targets in Kuwait and Bahrain.
In a statement, the IRGC said that its naval forces, in the 19th wave of Operation Nasr 2, carried out drone and missile strikes on “a fuel support pier for the US fleet at Kuwait’s Al Ahmadi port” and “a gathering point for enemy combat aircraft at Sheikh Isa in Bahrain.”
The statement added that its forces destroyed “a US data intelligence center in Bahrain known as Batelco” and also destroyed “a US signals and telecommunications center in Kuwait.”
Another power and desalination plant, the second, has been hit by an Iranian attack in Kuwait. The Kuwaiti Ministry of Electricity announced the attack in a statement.
The Kuwait Fire Service said several of its men and a worker were injured while fighting fires at two sites following Iranian attacks this morning.
Tehran launched ballistic missile at US base in Saudi Arabia

US military completes major wave of strikes against Iran, CENTCOM says
The US military says it has “successfully” completed its latest major wave of strikes against Iran, according to US Central Command (CENTCOM).
“US forces, including fighter jets, aerial drones, and warships, launched precision munitions that hit dozens of Iranian military targets such as coastal surveillance and air defense sites, military logistics infrastructure, and maritime capabilities,” CENTCOM said.
Here are the reported targets according to Al Jazeera:
Ahvaz, Qeshm, Bushehr, Dashti, Bostan, Sirik and Bandar-e Lengeh: Explosions were reported across these southern coastal cities and islands, causing more extensive damage to infrastructure than in previous nights.
Bandar e-Khamir: Two bridges near the city were struck.
Bandar Abbas: The Tapeh Allah Akbar neighbourhood was hit, alongside several other explosions reported across the city.
Hormozgan province: Road and railway infrastructure was targeted.
Iranshahr: The airport in the southeastern city was attacked, causing damage to the facility and leading to power outages.
Kish Island: Air strikes were reported on the island, resulting in temporary power outages in some areas.
Hospital Director Reza Bazar said American attacks on Ahvaz city put the hospital out of service, Fars news agency quoted him as saying. There were no reports of casualties.
Dr Majid Bou’azar, manager of the hospital, told Al Jazeera that 211 patients “were forced to relocate” because of the strikes (further details in the previous update below).

Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) said Thursday it targeted US military infrastructure in Kuwait and Jordan while also announcing the downing of an American MQ-9 drone over southwestern Iran, as fighting between Tehran and Washington continued to escalate.
According to the IRGC, Iranian forces struck the early warning radar of the C-RAM air defense system at Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait, in addition to a gathering of US troops.
The IRGC also announced that it had shot down an American MQ-9 drone over the city of Andimeshk in Khuzestan Province, describing the operation as a response to overnight US attacks on parts of Iran’s southern coastline.
The Iranian army said it had targeted the fixed radar site, communications system, and fuel storage facilities at the US-operated Al Azraq Air Base in Jordan using suicide drones. The strike was described as part of Iran’s response to the US attack on an army barracks in Iranshahr.
Earlier, IRGC spokesperson Hossein Mohebi said Iranian military operations are currently focused on destroying US offensive infrastructure throughout the region.
“The enemy should not think that it is capable of continuing the current equation of the fighting and turning the war into a war of attrition.”
Iran threatens to ‘crush’ regional infrastructure if US attacks Iranian infrastructure
Brigadier General Ebrahim Zolfaghari, spokesman for Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, has threatened to respond to any US attacks on Iranian infrastructure with strikes on regional infrastructure.
In a statement carried by Iranian state media, he said if Trump follows through on his threats, “all the infrastructure in the region will be crushed under the steel blows of the powerful armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, so that no trace of them will remain, as if they had never existed in the first place.”

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps says it has struck a US command and control center in West Asia and the al-Azraq airbase in Jordan with 10 ballistic missiles, in a second wave of retaliation for American strikes on Iranian territory, as Iranian Press Tv has reported.
The IRGC Aerospace Force carried out the attacks at 14:20 local time on Thursday. The strikes came hours after Iran’s initial retaliatory operations against US targets in Bahrain and Kuwait on Wednesday and Thursday (details and video in the previous update).
The statement said, “The enemy’s command and control center in West Asia and the al-Azraq airbase in Jordan were crushed with 10 ballistic missiles.”
The al-Azraq base is a key facility used by American forces in Jordan. The IRGC statement warned that further attacks would follow if US aggression continued.
“Should the terrorist US military repeat its aggression, the remaining US bases in the region will not be spared from our heavy fire,” the IRGC statement said.

The United States has launched additional strikes against Iran, expanding its military aggression against the Islamic Republic as explosions were reported across several areas in southern Iran and Tehran prepares a missile and drone response targeting US military bases.

Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters says Iran’s armed forces will not allow any interference in the affairs of the Strait of Hormuz following US attacks on southern Iran, early Wednesday.
In a statement issued following US attacks on southern Iran, the headquarters said the unprecedented public participation in the funeral procession and farewell ceremony for the martyred leader of the Muslim nation had dealt “a humiliating blow to global arrogance and the criminal United States.”
The statement added that the US military launched attacks on several locations in southern Iran while the body of the martyred leader was being received by Iraqi officials and people, describing the assault as a blatant act of aggression.

IRGC says it downed US MQ-9 drone over Bushehr
IRGC spokesman Hossein Mohbi says the force’s air defence systems shot down a US MQ-9 drone over Khormuj in Iran’s Bushehr province, according to Tasnim News.

‘Decisive response’: IRGC DESTROYED 8 US military installations after renewed American attacks
The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) says it launched a large-scale missile and drone operation against eight US military installations in the region, describing the strikes as a “decisive response” to renewed American aggression against Iranian territory, Iranian Press Tv has reported.
In a statement, the IRGC said its Navy and Aerospace Force jointly carried out the operation between “2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. on Sunday (local time),” targeting eight “key US military installations,” including the “Ali Al Salem Airbase in Kuwait” and the “US Fifth Fleet headquarters at Salman Port in Bahrain.”
The Corps said the operation involved ballistic missiles and dronesand said the targeted facilities were destroyed.
According to the statement, the operation followed attacks carried out by the enemy against five Iranian coastal outposts earlier in the day.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran strongly condemned on Saturday the US airstrikes carried out on Friday evening against several locations along Iran’s southern coasts. The ministry said the attacks constitute a violation of international law and reaffirmed Iran’s right to self-defense under the United Nations Charter, as Lebanese Almayadeen TV reported.

According to the IRIB state broadcaster, four projectiles hit the city of Bandar-e Lengeh in Hormozgan province following attacks on the city of Sirik and on Qeshm Island.

IRGC Leader’s advisor warns US, Israel of high casualties in any future aggression vs Iran
A senior advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution has warned that any new military confrontation initiated by the United States or Israel against Iran would result in heavy casualties.
Speaking in an interview with the US-based NewsNation television network on Saturday, Major General Mohsen Rezaei, former commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), said Iran had developed new military capabilities that would be deployed in the event of another war.
“If the United States or Israel makes even the slightest threat against Iran, the next war will not resemble the previous one,” he said. “[US] President Donald Trump should know that this time they would suffer extensive human losses.”
Rezai, currently a member of the Expediency Discernment Council and secretary of the Supreme Council for Economic Coordination, also questioned the United States’ sincerity in ongoing diplomatic efforts, saying the Iranian negotiating team had entered recent talks in Switzerland “seriously and swiftly,” while Washington has failed to uphold its commitments.
He pointed out that the US had continued to threaten Iran during the negotiations despite Israeli violations of the first clause of the recently signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), adding that Tehran had seen no significant change in the conduct of the Trump administration.

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Navy has struck American military targets in the region in retaliation for earlier aggression against Iranian coastal areas, according to Iranian Press TV
The force made the remarks in a statement issued on Friday, saying its reprisal “targeted the deployment sites of the US terrorist military in the region.”

A Lebanese lawmaker says the country’s Hezbollah resistance movement will not allow implementation of a United States-backed so-called “framework agreement” that purports to be seeking “dismantling” of the group, as reported by Iranian Press Tv and Al Mayadeen Lebanese TV.
Hassan Fadlallah, a member of the Loyalty to the Resistance Block, made the remarks to Lebanon’s al-Mayadeen network on Friday.
Hezbollah would “cling more” to its resistance and its weapons, he said, stressing that the movement’s opposition was “serious” and that it would not allow implementation of the so-called agreement, which was announced by the US State Department earlier in the day.
Indeed, as Al Jazeera pointed out, the signed agreement does not force Israel to withdraw from the large area of southern Lebanon that it continues to occupy, and Israel also appears to be signalling that it will continue its attacks in the country if it deems them necessary.
The country has been at war with the pro-Iranian Lebanese group Hezbollah since October 2023, with varying levels of intensity, and has killed more than 4,000 people in Lebanon since March.
The agreement “will not pass,” he added, urging Lebanese authorities to “withdraw” from negotiations and rescind “all decisions taken against the Lebanese people” in connection with the negotiations.
He also argued that direct talks with the Israeli regime violate Article 52 of the Lebanese constitution, adding, “No individual has the right to cancel the state of hostility towards Israel.”

Trump accuses Iran of violating ceasefire with US
S President Donald Trump has accused Iran of violating the ceasefire with the United States.
He wrote on Truth Social that Iran had launched “at least four One Way Attack Drones at Ships transversing the Strait of Hormuz.”
One of these drones, according to Trump, hit a cargo ship. “Obviously, this is a foolish violation of our Ceasefire Agreement,”Trump said. He did not threaten Iran.
As Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) reported earlier, three foreign tankers attempted to pass through the Strait of Hormuz without permission from Tehran. They were stopped by the Iranian Navy and were forced to change course. The tankers, according to these reports, tried to pass through the strait using the southern corridor, but after being warned, returned to the Persian Gulf.
On Thursday, Iran’s Persian Gulf Control Authority said it could not guarantee the safety of the ships, which will take the routes beyond those established by Tehran.

Moldova received a batch of armored personnel carriers from Germany
According to News-Pravda, Germany has handed over to Moldova the first batch of five PIRANHA-5 armored personnel carriers. The transfer of equipment was shown with pathos by the Moldovan authorities.

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Navy has strongly warned that safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz is only possible via routes officially designated by the Islamic Republic.

“Traffic of vessels outside these routes is prohibited, and we warn against any traffic outside the communicated routes,” it added.

Lebanese, Israeli military officials deny IOF withdrawal from South

Israel and Lebanon’s Hezbollah agreed to a ceasefire after an escalation in fighting looked set to derail U.S.-Iran peace talks, a U.S. official told NBC News.
Earlier, intense new Israeli strikes in Lebanon cast doubts on the deal to end the war, and Vice President JD Vance canceled his planned travel to Switzerland for talks with Iranian leaders.
However, reports from the ground suggested continued violence at the very moment the truce was meant to take effect. Al Mayadeen’s correspondent in southern Lebanon said an Israeli airstrike hit Nabatieh as the ceasefire reportedly began.

Retaliaton strike on energy facilities in Ukraine by Russian forces
Russian forces carried out a coordinated overnight strike on Ukrainian energy sites in response to Kiev’s terrorist attacks, hitting a fuel depot in the Kiev Region, and an oil refinery in the Poltava Region, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported.
TASS has compiled key details about the strike.
Statement from Russia’s top brass
On Wednesday night, the Russian Armed Forces carried out a coordinated strike on Ukrainian fuel and energy sites, supporting Ukrainian troops, using ground-and air-based high-precision weapons, as well as long-range strike drones in response to the Kiev regime’s terrorist attacks, the Defense Ministry reported.
According to Russia’s top brass, a fuel and lubricants depot in the locality of Borispol-2 in the Kiev Region and the Zaturino Oil Refinery in the Poltava Region were hit.
Ukraine reports blasts, infrastructure damages
– An industrial site and an energy facility were damaged in Ukraine’s Poltava Region, the head of the region’s military administration, Vitaly Dyakivnich, reported on Telegram.
“Technological equipment” at the industrial site was damaged as a result, he specified. The strike on an energy facility caused a power outage, he added. Poltavaoblenergo teams are working to restore electricity supply.
Earlier, Ukrainian media reported a series of explosions in Poltava. Also, blasts were reported in Kiev, Sumy, and Chernigov.
Moscow Hit by the Biggest Attack since the Start of the Smo in Ukraine
Last night, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched one of the largest attacks on Moscow and the Moscow region this year, using at least 555 attack UAVs. Of these, 180 drones were destroyed directly over the capital and on distant approaches to it.
Right now, FPV drones conducting visual reconnaissance continue to record in the skies over the southern and southeastern parts of Moscow. The air defense system is operating in an intensive mode.
Impact consequences:
– Elektrostal — fragments of a downed UAV damaged the roof of a private house, a woman received a shrapnel wound;
– Belaya Dacha shopping center — debris hit the roof, a fire broke out;
– Zhukovsky — direct hit by a UAV in an apartment building;
– Lyubertsy — the building of the fitness center and the facility in the industrial area were damaged;
– Chekhov district (Masnovo-Zhukovo village) — a country house and outbuildings in a farming co-op were completely destroyed. In the village of Kryukovo, debris fell on several sites.
The main target of the attack was the Moscow Oil Refinery, where several fires were recorded at once. Drones came in waves from the south, southeast and east, purposefully overloading the capital’s air defense system.
Iran-US MoU officially finalized after Presidents’ signature: Baghaei
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei announced that the memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States has been officially finalized after being signed digitally by the presidents of both countries.
Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Baghaei said the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding had already been signed by the time of his remarks, adding that the two sides had agreed to complete the process electronically rather than through a formal ceremony.
“As I speak with you now, the text of the Islamabad memorandum of understanding has probably been signed by the presidents of Iran and the United States,” Baghaei said at the start of the conference, later confirming that it was officially signed.
He explained that the agreement was signed digitally and that no signing ceremony would be held in Switzerland, although plans for negotiation teams to remain in Geneva were still in place. According to Baghaei, presidential signatures elevate the political weight of the agreement and increase the costs associated with any future violation.

Trump says 60-day MoU not a ‘hard’ deadline. US military to remain in the Gulf
When asked how he views the 60-day negotiation countdown with Iran, the US president Donald Trump has said it’s not a hard deadline.
“Just as long as they’re behaving, I really don’t care that much,” he said.
“If they don’t come through, is it a threat that we bomb? You can call it whatever you want, but it’ll probably happen,” he said.
When asked how long US military forces are expected to stay in the Gulf region, the US president said, “Probably a while. I’d say a little while, see how it all goes,” he said.

Palestinian Foreign Ministry condemns illegal Israeli settlement expansion in occupied West Bank
The ministry has denounced Israel’s approval of new illegal settlement units in the occupied West Bank, as well as a religious school in the heart of Hebron, as a “dangerous escalation”.
As we reported earlier, Israeli media outlets reported that the country’s Higher Planning Council approved 576 new units in Israeli settlements, which are illegal under international law.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry urged the international community to pressure Israel “to immediately halt all settlement activities, and consider them null and void”.

Israeli settlers set two mosques ablaze, north of Ramallah
Israeli settlers set fire to parts of two mosques in the villages of Jiljilya and Mazar’at al-Nubani, north of Ramallah in the central West Bank, according to Palestinian officials and civil defense crews, according to Al Majadeen Lebanese Tv and Al Jazeera Tv.
In Jiljilya, settlers torched the ablution room and scrawled anti-Palestinian slogans on the exterior walls of the village’s main mosque, said Osama Abdallah, head of the Jiljilya village council, speaking to AFP. Abdallah said the settlers had tried to set the mosque itself ablaze but found its door locked, so they instead ignited the ground-floor ablution facility.
Firefighting teams from the Palestinian Civil Defense, along with young men from Jiljilya and nearby villages, managed to extinguish the blaze, Abdallah added.

House Republicans break with Trump again to approve Ukraine aid
On June, 4, the US House of Representatives has approved legislation to give aid to Ukraine and impose sanctions against Russia, with more than a dozen Republicans defying their leadership to vote in favour of the bill.
Some 18 Republicans joined Democrats to back the Ukraine Support Act on Thursday, which passed in a 226 to 195 vote. It’s the latest instance of Republicans breaking from President Donald Trump recently.
However, it’s unlikely the bill will become law, as it must also be passed by the Senate and then gain Trump’s signature.
In a largely symbolic vote earlier this week, a handful of Republicans in the House backed a resolution seeking to stop Trump from taking further military action in Iran.
The Ukraine Support Act would provide more than $1 billion in security and reconstruction aid, and would authorize $8 billion in financing loans for Ukraine’s defense operations.
The House was able to force a vote on the measure Thursday after Republican supporters of the bill joined Democrats in signing a discharge petition that essentially allows a majority to circumvent leadership.

Iran vows harsh response if ‘Israel’ does not halt Lebanon aggression
Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters warned Tuesday that the Israeli army should expect a “harsh response” from Iran’s mighty armed forces if it does not halt its aggression in South Lebanon.
“If the Zionist entity’s army does not cease its aggression in south Lebanon, it should expect a harsh response from Iran’s mighty armed forces,” the statement read.
The headquarters said the IOF had violated the ceasefire in south Lebanon 84 times over the past two days, despite US President Donald Trump’s announcement of an end to the war, and continues to “commit crimes and massacres against the oppressed Lebanese people.”
Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Majid Takht-Ravanchi reiterated Tuesday that the MoU contains an explicit clause calling for an end to military operations across all fronts, including Lebanon, warning that continued Israeli ceasefire violations would trigger the mechanism outlined in the agreement.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stressed that ending the war on Lebanon is an inseparable part of any complete cessation of hostilities, and that the continued occupation of Lebanese territory now constitutes a violation of the MoU.
‘Israel’ kills 4 in Mayfadoun double-tap, bombs cars in South Lebanon
Israeli occupation forces killed four people and wounded several others in a series of attacks on the town of Mayfadoun in south Lebanon on Tuesday afternoon, including a deliberate second strike on residents who had gathered at the scene of an earlier attack.
A second car in the town was then bombed, followed by a third car in the nearby town of Shoukin, bringing the total to three vehicles struck and one gathering of civilians hit.
Civil Defense teams from the Islamic Health Authority worked to evacuate the casualties in coordination with other ambulance associations.
IRGC maintains coordination rules in Strait of Hormuz transit
Vessels passing through the Strait of Hormuz are still required to coordinate their movements with naval forces of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Iranian state broadcaster IRIB reported on Tuesday.
The report said that despite recent diplomatic developments, maritime traffic through the strategic waterway remains subject to procedures involving IRGC naval coordination.
On June 11, Iran had announced the closure of the strait to shipping until further notice, including for vessels that had previously received clearance.
Over the weekend, Iran and the United States confirmed the completion of work on a memorandum expected to be signed in Switzerland on June 19. The agreement ismac reported to include provisions aimed at reopening maritime passage through the Strait of Hormuz, although Tehran has not issued an official announcement confirming the reopening.
Following the announcement, US President Donald Trump said he was authorizing the lifting of a US naval blockade, while Iranian authorities also confirmed that Washington had begun easing its maritime restrictions.

U.K. investigating reports Russian warship fired warning shots near a yacht in the English Channel
The Russian frigate Admiral Grigorovich spotted on Tuesday a UK-flagged yacht in the English Channel, which headed dangerously close to the vessel, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
The crew of the frigate launched flares and sounded the horn, but the yacht continued to approach dangerously close, the statement added.
“After the distance was reduced to 150 meters [492 feet], the frigate’s commander decided to fire preemptively at the vessel’s course using small arms,” the statement read.
After the preemptive shooting, the yacht immediately changed course and continued moving away from the Russian warship, the ministry also said.
“The crew of the frigate Admiral Grigorovich acted in strict compliance with international navigation regulations and took all necessary measures to prevent the incident,” the statement said.
The U.K. Defense Ministry is investigating reports that a Russian warship fired warning shots at a British yacht in the English Channel.
A British official familiar with the incident said reports had been received from a U.K.-registered yacht alleging that a Russian navy vessel fired warning shots nearby, around 500 yards away.

Israeli media: Lebanon clause in Iran deal sparks rift with US
After more than three and a half months of fighting and intense back-and-forth negotiations, US President Donald Trump announced that Washington and Tehran, under Pakistani mediation, have reached a final agreement to end hostilities between them. The deal is expected to be signed in Geneva on June 19.
According to reports, the memorandum of understanding stipulates that upon signing, both sides will declare an immediate, complete, and permanent end to all hostilities across the region, including in Lebanon.
The blockade on Iran would be lifted, Washington would commit not to interfere in Iran’s domestic affairs, refrain from increasing troop levels in the region, and release half of Iran’s frozen assets, an amount totaling approximately $12 billion.
In exchange, Iran would reaffirm its commitment to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and confirm that it will never produce, develop or acquire nuclear weapons. Tehran would also reopen the Strait of Hormuz to commercial maritime traffic within 30 days, according to arrangements specified by Iran.
Israeli media outlets reported mounting frustration in “Israel” following the announcement of the Iran-US memorandum of understanding, with officials acknowledging a severe crisis with Washington and accusing the United States of conceding to Iranian demands.
According to i24NEWS, the main source of Israeli embarrassment concerns the inclusion of Lebanon in the agreement.
An Israeli source told the outlet that the issue has generated “very high tension” with the US administration amid clear disagreements between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US President Donald Trump.

The report noted that while political officials insist there will be no Israeli withdrawal from southern Lebanon at this stage, significant questions remain regarding the Israeli occupation’s future freedom of military aggression.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ruled out withdrawing Israeli troops from Lebanon, saying Israeli forces will remain in Gaza, Lebanon and Syria for as long as necessary to protect the country.
An Israeli source also expressed hope that the agreement would collapse, telling i24NEWS: “Like Obama’s agreement, this is not the end of the road. The Iranians will not abide by it, and future operations to eliminate the nuclear project and strike their missiles are only a matter of time.”
The newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth sharply criticized Washington’s handling of negotiations with Tehran, arguing that while coordination with the United States remains important, describing “Israel’s” growing dependence on Washington as “dangerous and irresponsible.”

“The general feeling on the street is that Trump has sold us out,” said Maor Attias, a 56-year-old resident of Haifa.
“Americans simply don’t understand the Middle East. Iran fed them a narrative, and they bought it, either because they genuinely believed it or because they were tired of dealing with the conflict. Midterm elections are coming up, and politicians need the support of their voters. In this equation, Israel sits at the bottom of the priority list.”
