A jury on Tuesday acquitted a thinktank analyst accused of lying to the FBI about his role in the creation of a discredited dossier about Donald Trump.

The case against Igor Danchenko was the third and possibly final case brought by the special counsel John Durham as part of his investigation into how the FBI conducted its own inquiry into allegations of collusion between the 2016 Trump campaign and the Kremlin.

The first two cases ended in an acquittal and a guilty plea with a sentence of probation.

Danchenko betrayed no emotion as the verdict was read. His wife wiped away tears after the clerk read the final “not guilty” to the four counts he faced. The jury reached its verdict after roughly nine hours of deliberations over two days.

The acquittal marked a significant setback for Durham. Despite hopes among Trump supporters that the prosecutor would uncover a sweeping conspiracy within the FBI and other agencies to derail his candidacy, the three-year investigation failed to produce evidence that met those expectations.

The Danchenko case was the first of the three to delve deeply into the origins of the “Steele dossier”, a compendium of allegations that Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign was colluding with the Kremlin.

Most famously, it alleged that the Russians could have blackmail material on Trump for his supposed interactions with prostitutes in a Moscow hotel. Trump derided the dossier as fake news and a political witch-hunt when it became public in 2017.

Arrested the Analyst Who Contributed to Infamous Steele Dossier

Introduction of Gospa News

All the knots are starting to come to a head, even if it is too late by now. The latest excellent arrest made by agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as part of the investigation into the so-called RussiaGate, also called the Steele Dossier due to the British counterintelligence agent who created the defamatory file against former President Donald Trump, confirms that there was a well-articulated and extensive conspiracy.

RUSSIA-GATE PLOT: All Roads Lead to Hillary Clinton Campaign, As Steele Dossier Source Charged With Lying,

It was artfully exploited by Democratic lawmakers to discredit the Republican rival who sat in the White House. When the groundlessness of the accusations began to emerge, instead, two whistleblowers from the Central Intelligence Agency arrived who challenged Trump for something even more paradoxical: that is, the pressure on Ukraine.

UkraineGate: Islamic Reporter funded by Obama-Biden and Soros in 2014 Coup, later at the Top of Weapons’ industry

This immediately seemed paradoxical to those who had minimally followed the tragedy of Maidan Square with the bloody coup perpetrated in Kiev by a Western conspiracy heavily influenced by the Obama-Biden administration.

Thus was born the UkraineGate scandal for which the Deep State was publicly thanked by a former director of the CIA of the democratic area. As is well known, Trump finds himself subjected to impeachment from which he obviously came out with his head held high, just as had already happened for RussiaGate.

His victory against the occult plots of a Masonic-Zionist potentate and the intelligence piloted by it was such as to give rise to the investigation into the so-called Obama Gate, or the metapolitical sabotages built by the former US president of the Democratic Party. The end result, however, was unfavorable to Trump during the presidential match against Joseph Biden. Also for the many cases of suspected electoral fraud, Marco Zukerberg’s contribution of about 400 million is favored, as highlighted in a recent report.

Russian Analyst Igor Danchenko took part in the creation of the so-called Steele Dossier – a report containing allegations of collusion between Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and the Russian government.

Igor Danchenko, one of the analysts behind the Steele dossier, which claimed former US President Donald Trump cooperated with the Russian government during his 2016 presidential campaign, was arrested on Thursday as part of the Durham investigation and charged with five counts, US Justice Department said.

The Russian-born analyst is charged with making false statements to the FBI, with the Justice Department saying that he allegedly lied about the source of the information provided to the FBI during the 2016 presidential campaign.

Danchenko is set to appear in an Alexandria, Virginia court on Thursday at 2:30 p.m. local time. Earlier, The New York Times reported on Danchenko’s arrest, citing people familiar with the matter.

John H. Durham was appointed by ex-President Trump to examine the Russia investigation for any wrongdoing. Durham himself has not commented on the report.

The notorious Steele dossier (also called RussiaGate – ed), which is a compilation of allegations and claims that the Trump campaign cooperated with the Russian government in order to win the 2016 presidential election, has been discredited by US investigators as unreliable and based largely on anonymous sources. In addition, a report by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who was appointed to investigate the claims of the Trump-Russia “collusion”, found no evidence of any conspiracy between Trump and the Kremlin.

Even after the dossier was debunked, both Danchenko and his employer, former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele, defended their work. In a 2020 interview with the NYT, Danchenko claimed that his job was only to gather “raw intelligence” and was simply passing it on to Steele. The latter, in his turn, has continued to insist that he still believes that Trump colluded with Russia.

Former President Trump has himself branded the allegations of “collusion with Russia” as nothing but a “witch hunt” and “the Russia hoax”. He appointed Durham in order to scrutinise the way the FBI investigated the claims about “collusion” – a probe that began in 2016 and has since drawn many questions. Particularly, the Justice Department criticised the FBI in 2019 for failing to inform judges that some of the things Danchenko told them had cast doubt on the claims made in the dossier.

Durham showed interest in Danchenko back in February when he used a subpoena to obtain old personnel files about the analyst from the Brookings Institution, where Danchenko used to work.

The Russian-born analyst was identified as one of the sources “who provided data and analysis” for the infamous Steele dossier in 2020, with the personality of Danchenko stirring additional doubts about the credibility of Steele’s claims. At the time, the NYT noted that, by turning to Danchenko for the information, Steele had ended up “relying not on someone with a history of working with Russian intelligence operatives or bringing to light their covert activities but instead a researcher focused on analysing business and political risks in Russia“.
