President Volodymyr Zelensky’s persecution of the monks of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) loyal to the Moscow Patriarchate continues in Ukraine and has become a sort of religious war against all those Christians who are not ready to submit to the dictatorship of the Kiev regime.
200 monks will soon be evicted from the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, most historic monastery in the capital, and will have to find a place in other religious structures of their community.
With bureaucratic tricks, the Ukrainian head of state arrived at this decision to make room for the other Orthodox priests of the schismatic Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU), born in 2018 on the political initiative of the then president Petro Poroshenko, which already has celebrated in the Monastery’s Basilic the Christmas Mass of January, 7, 2022.
But before this step he had put under investigation through the Security Service (SBU) 61 Orthodox religious, including the senior bishop Pavel who ended up under house arrest, for alleged activities of flanking Russia despite all the religious having condemned the invasion military of Ukraine by the Moscow army.
Religious persecution has been going on for months, despite being prohibited by a UN resolution of 1981, which was also prepared from a political point of view through a law that wants to ban the absolutely majority Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
The Orthodox priests also presented a formal complaint to the UN which was ignored by Western countries but was the subject of an explicit condemnation of the behavior of the Kiev regime by the OHCHR, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights of the UN.

We recall that the far-right Ukrainian nationalists are heirs of the culture of Stepan Bandera fed by the American counterintelligence of the CIA for decades precisely with the aim, succeeded with the bloody 2014 coup in Kiev, to get Ukraine out of the geopolitical and economy of Russia.
The ferocious guerrillas of Azov, tattooed with inverted crosses and the skull and crossbones Totenkopf of the SS, are not fanatics who sprung up by chance within the Eastern European country but represent the natural heirs of the far-right Ukrainian collaborators who were accomplices of the Fuhrer in the extermination of 1.6 million Russian Jews in Ukraine during World War II.
Europeans should reflect on these signs of a totalitarian regime because the similarities between the Sata-Nazi Zelensky and Hitler are starting to be too many…

Kiev orders monks to vacate iconic monastery

Some 200 monks of the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) currently residing in the iconic Kiev-Pechersk Lavra monastery have been ordered to remove themselves from the premises, according to an announcement made by Ukraine’s Minister of Culture and Information Policy.
Alexander Tkachenko wrote on his Telegram channel on Tuesday that the ministry’s special commission had completed work on officially transferring the monastery, which he described as state property, for use by the Kiev-Pechersk Historical-Cultural Preserve.

He stated that all UOC representatives must now immediately terminate all activity in the monastery, vacate its premises and return the property to the preserve, and must do so within three working days.
Tkachenko noted that if the UOC refuses to comply, the ministry will file a lawsuit in order to “remove obstacles to the use of the property by the preserve.” Tkachenko later added that representatives of the monastery had refused to accept the act on the transfer of state property.
“This is a truly historic decision and a difficult task – but the Lavra must be Ukrainian, and it [will return] to the state,” the minister concluded.
Established in 1051, the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra is one of the first monasteries on the territory of ancient Rus and the oldest monastery in modern Ukraine. It is considered one of the chief Eastern Orthodox shrines. However, the site has become the center of a major religious dispute as two entities claiming to be Ukraine’s true orthodox church have battled over its legal status.

Technically, the monastery belongs to the Ukrainian government as a historical preserve, but was granted to the UOC to use under a 2013 agreement. However, Kiev announced earlier this year that it had unilaterally terminated the lease agreement, accusing the UOC of unspecified violations, of being pro-Russian, and of being a threat to the security and spirituality of the country.
The church had already formally severed its ties to Moscow and officially condemned Russia’s military operation in Ukraine.
Kiev now reportedly intends on transferring use of the Lavra to the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU), which was established with the support of the Ukrainian government In 2018. The OCU remains largely unrecognized and is considered by the Russian Orthodox Church to be schismatic.
Russia, meanwhile, has repeatedly protested against Kiev’s persecution of Orthodox Christians in Ukraine. A third of Ukraine’s regions have recently outlawed the UOC and either seized its churches and properties or turned them over to the OCU.
