Pentagon’s Weaponry Shady Traffic. Missiles for Ukraine Disappeared. New US Supplies to Kosovo Separatists
Introduction by Fabio Giuseppe Carlo Carisio
It is enough to connect the dots of different disturbing episodes to understand that behind the supply of weapons to Ukraine a mysterious and swirling traffic has been fueled.
To understand it, it is enough to put together two reports from Russia Today together with the CIA-Gates cycle investigations published by Gospa News and based on anonymous whistleblowers from the American counter-espionage of the Central Intelligence Agency.
While the Pentagon reveals that it has “lost” missiles and other weapons worth 1 billion dollars destined for Ukraine, questions remain unanswered about the American weapons that ended up in the hands of Hamas and which apparently come from a black market fueled by the CIA itself.
As happened with the supplies of TOW anti-tank missiles to the anti-Assad jihadist formations in Syria which then ended up in the hands of Al Qaeda and Isis terrorists.
A similar problem regarding the lack of supervision of the destination of weapons was raised by Der Spiegel in relation to Germany…
At the same time we learn that, as anticipated in our CIA-Gate investigation n. 5, some similar rockets, the well-known Javelins for manpad launch or from a fixed position, will be sold to Kosovo in anticipation of an escalation of tensions in Serbia already announced by the Color Revolution attempts triggered by the USA (according to Moscow) after the recent elections in which pro-Russian government was confirmed.
Here is the real danger that another front of war between Russia and NATO countries led by US-UK may open in the Balkans after the one in Ukraine, triggered by the bloody Kiev coup on 2014 and the heavy militarization of East Europe planned in the CEPA project on 2020, and one in Palestine with the Israeli genocide in Gaza allowed by the Western puppets of the Zionist-Masonic New World Order.
And finally the recent and hot tensions in the Red Sea for the bombings of Yemen “arbitrarily and illegally decided by the USA and the United Kingdom” according to Russia, Iran and Turk
Pentagon report finds failure to track $1 billion in weaponry for Ukraine
More than $1 billion worth of sophisticated weaponry sent to Ukraine by the US was poorly tracked, according to a new report by the Pentagon’s inspector general. The redacted version of the inquiry’s findings was made public on Thursday, one day after it was submitted to the US Congress.
The investigation focuses on the implementation of enhanced end-use monitoring (EEUM) procedures by the Pentagon. These procedures apply to a limited range of highly sensitive and sophisticated equipment and weaponry, including shoulder-mounted missile systems, kamikaze drones, night-vision devices, and other hardware.
According to the report, the US and its partner nations have supplied Ukraine with an estimated $1.699 billion worth of EEUM-designated hardware. However, despite efforts by the Pentagon and the Ukrainian military to conduct required inventories of the equipment, significant personnel limitations and accountability challenges persist. As of June 2, 2023, approximately 59% of the total value, just over $1 billion, remained improperly tracked.
Lack of proper accountability “may increase the risk of theft and diversion” of the sophisticated EEUM-designated equipment, the report notes. Thus far, the inspector general was not actually tasked with finding out whether the untracked hardware actually ended up stolen.
CIA-GATE – 4. Bulgarian Tea Party: How US Intelligence Supplies Ukraine with White Phosphorus Bombs
“It was beyond the scope of our evaluation to determine whether there has been a diversion of such assistance,” the report reads.
The Pentagon inspector general “now has personnel stationed in Ukraine” and continues to investigate “allegations of criminal conduct with regard to US security assistance to Ukraine.”
Claims of misuse and theft of military hardware, lavishly poured into Ukraine by the collective West, emerged early into the conflict between Moscow and Kiev, which broke out back in February 2022.
For instance, sophisticated weapons supplied to the country, such as the US-made ‘Switchblade’ kamikaze drones or NLAW shoulder-fired anti-tank missile launchers, have been reported readily available for purchase on the Darknet.
Weaponry destined for Ukraine has also reportedly surfaced during conflicts around the globe, including the ongoing escalation in the Middle East between Israel and the Palestinian militant group Hamas.

‘Disappointed but not surprised’ – Serbia reacts to US arming separatists
Belgrade is not happy with Washington’s decision to sell anti-tank missiles to the breakaway province of Kosovo and intends to strengthen its military in response, Serbian Defense Minister Milos Vucevic said on Friday.
CIA-GATE – 5. How US Intelligence Pumps Up Kosovo with Weapons through Czech Soros’ Network
The US ambassador in Belgrade, Christopher Hill, informed Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic of the potential sale during their meeting on Thursday. The State Department has greenlit the deal, involving 246 weapons worth an estimated $75 million.
“The US is a long-time ally of Pristina, so we are not surprised by this move, but we are obviously disappointed and we have expressed our displeasure openly,” Vucevic told the daily Kurir.
While Serbia can’t change US policy, it will respond by bolstering its military capabilities, he added.
NATO bombed Serbia for 78 days in 1999 on behalf of ethnic Albanian separatists in Kosovo. The province was then placed under a UN provisional government while Security Council Resolution 1244 guaranteed Serbian sovereignty. Ethnic Albanians declared independence in 2008 with US support, but Serbia has never recognized the move, despite continued pressure from the West.
“West Ultimatum to Belgrado vs Russia” with Attempted “Color revolution” in Serbia like in Ukraine
Vucic has vowed “never” to recognize Kosovo but also to strive for EU membership, which has made recognition an explicit condition of admission. In its approval of the sale of Javelins, the State Department described Kosovo as “an important force for political and economic stability in Europe.”
After his meeting with Hill, Vucic said he was “deeply disappointed” by the US move, adding that he “confirmed our dedication to preserving the peace and stability in the region and strengthening the friendship and cooperation between Serbia and the US.”
Vucic has previously insisted that Serbia would not allow “another pogrom” in Kosovo – referring to the 2004 anti-Serb riots that NATO peacekeepers tolerated for almost a week – and has repeatedly complained about the West turning a blind eye to Pristina’s repressive moves against the remaining ethnic Serbs in the breakaway province.
The missile deal still requires approval by the US Congress. Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, the New York Republican who chairs the Congressional Serbian Caucus, has already condemned it as “misguided and dangerous” and said she would oppose it.
The FGM-148 Javelin is a portable anti-tank missile with infrared guidance, armed with a high-explosive warhead. The US has supplied them in large quantities to Ukraine since 2019, and they were reported to be in short supply as of mid-2022. They are jointly produced by Lockheed Martin and Raytheon Technologies, the latter of which used to employ the current US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin on its board of directors.

Germany unsure where its Ukraine weapons ended up – Der Spiegel
The German government only twice checked where the weapons it had sent abroad in 2023 ended up
, Der Spiegel reported on Friday, citing officials. Meanwhile, Berlin’s massive military assistance to Kiev was also left unsupervised, with German policymakers relying on assurances from Ukrainian officials.
The Ministry of Economics provided the information in response to a request from Bundestag member Sevim Dagdelen, who is now a member of the recently formed BSW party founded by MP Sahra Wagenknecht. The latter, often described as the ‘Icon of German Left,’ has been a vocal critic of arms deliveries to Kiev.
Citing the reply, Der Spiegel noted that Berlin had checked the whereabouts of small arms sent to Taiwan in January 2023, and in June, it carried out a similar inspection in Cape Verde. German officials insisted that both on-site inspections meant to make sure that the weapons did not leave the end destination went smoothly.
However, regarding the massive commitment to finance the Ukrainian military, there have been “no controls” whatsoever, Der Spiegel reported, quoting the ministry.
“Western Weapons could end up in Criminals Hands”. Interpol issues Ukrainian Warning
German officials reportedly stated that Kiev had assured them that all German weapons would remain in the country, adding that “any verification measures must under no circumstances impair Ukraine’s effective defense against ongoing Russian aggression.” Ukraine received €17 billion ($18.7 billion) in military aid from Germany between January 2022 and October 2023, according to the Kiel Institute for the World Economy.
Meanwhile, the German government approved nearly €12 billion ($13 billion) in arms exports in 2023, setting a new record.
